Pros: Really good location! Everything was nearby. I liked that everything was clean and we always found our room tidy every day, and the air conditioning really helped a lot during the heatwave.

Cons: You could also hear the main entrance door downstairs slamming loudly – it constantly sounded as if someone or something had fallen.

Great value in great location

Pros: Location was great, quiet neighbourhood yet close to the tourist attractions. Staff were flexible with our late check in and also leaving bags at the property before we flew. Air conditioning worked a treat.

Cons: For the price point, everything was good albeit basic facilities in room. Bathroom worked but needs some minor repairs.

Pros: It was really nice and exact like described. The contact was uncomplicated and very friendly. We really enjoyed our staying and truely recommend it.

Pros: All correspondence was very fast .. it was lovely and clean ... great location..15 mins walk to trevi fountain and 35 mins to colosseum... supermarket a few doors down and breakfast directly underneath. The only thing I missed was the kettle for a brew ! On our checkout day he let us leave the case in the room ..he then moved it to reception and secured it for us and provided us a room to change into travel clothes ready for our journey. I have already made contact enquiring about a return stay . Fantastic value for money !

Cons: The stone sinks - one leaked and both LOOKED grubby but I think they were clean - need to be replaced. There was a building site next door but you got used to it.

Pros: It was a very quiet hotel, everything was extremely clean and tidy, all the equipment in the room was working and we had no problems, I am a tourism staff myself, I have been to Italy for a cultural tour and I am extremely satisfied with the hotel

Pros: The room was big and clean and the balcony was my highlight! The staff were really friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our bags with them once we checked out. It was amazing value for money and I would definitely recommend!
