LaHouse Rome by Premium Suites Collection

Pros: Comfortable room and shower room in a nice area in Rome. Very clean with tea and coffee making facilities and daily water bottles. Response staff via Booking.com messages. We were able to leave luggage and take courtesy keys. Resolved an issue with the A/C very quicky. Let me check in slightly earlier which was appreciated as there was a thunderstorm and I was with my 4 month old.

Cons: A little tricky to get into the building. It's upstairs Scala A. Would've liked more staff presence but staff responsive via messaging. Narrow lift (similar to most old buildings in Rome) so ditched the pram and carried baby everywhere.

Amazing stay

Pros: All was amazing ! Clean, all amenities you need , ultra central position , absolutely a dream !

Good place to stay

Pros: First night in Rome slept in one of the rooms, i think room 3/4 wasnt as great because it did not have a pleasant view. Then the second time we got back, they gave us room 1. This room was good and had a nice view and better lighting. Coffee machine is there.

Cons: Unlike hotels, you dont get breakfast or any dining area, this is definitely an air Bnb. I would whatsapp the owner asking for something, it would take atleast a few hours to get a response. So i would say dont be in a rush when asking for something. One thing i noticed about accomodations in Italy, none of them have microwaves🫠 The accomodation is close to Roma termini but all attractions are a bit further, and its either you use Uber or bus/train but you can never find direct transportation to the attractions.

I had a very comfortable stay in LaHouse, would definitely stay again when I am next in Rome.

Pros: The room was spacious with a lovely comfortable large bed. It was good to have a fridge and tea & coffee making facilities. Lovely big shower too. Nice location and easy to come and go as you wish.

Cons: The shower doors were quite heavily covered in limescale.

Pros: Great localisation, really nice and helpful owners, told us what is worth visiting, gave us map, AC in the room, very clean, really good price

Cons: You can hear very clearly every noise from the hall, window is also not very sound proof, take ear plugs if you have problems with noise while sleeping

Pros: I recently stayed at this accommodation and had a great experience. it's conveniently located close to the center, just about 1km from the Trevi Fountain, and is surrounded by excellent restaurants. The room was very clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping, and the staff were helpful, and the free WiFi was an appreciated convenience

Cons: There were a couple of aspects I wasn't entirely satisfied with. The hotel occupies the 3rd floor of an apartment building, accessible via an old and creaky elevator, which wasn't very reassuring. Additionally, the lack of a nearby metro station made transportation slightly inconvenient.

Pros: The room was nice and clean, staff was nice and frendly. Nearby to center.

Pros: The area around the hotel was nice ,quiet, and safe.The metro station(Barberini) was about ten minutes away.

Cons: I thought it would be closer to the metro station

Great deal for money

Pros: I liked that you can do check in by yourself, is easy to find and to access. Also the room was spacious, and new.

Cons: It would have been nice if they had a room where to the luggage after check out. It seemed not safe to just leave it “at the reception” when there is no one there physically to survey.

Great experience. Totally recommend this accomodation.

Pros: Nice and safe neighbourhood. 15 min walk to Fontana di Trevi, walking distance to Barberini metro station, lots of restaurant in the vecinity. Cleaning on a daily basis, big room and bathroom.
