If you want affordable accommodation for the best zone possible, this is the place
Pros: I will start by saying that the location is very good. It is very close to Fontana di Trevi and other beautiful places. You can basically walk where you need to go. You have some shops downstairs where you can buy things like water and snacks and you also have some cafeterias. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms are big and the bed was very comfortable. The owner and the staff are great people, very kind and understanding. When we arrived the person that greeted us explained very well everything we need to know, what app to use to buy tickets for public transportation and other good info. Overall, a good experience and I recommend the place.

Pros: It's within walking distance from many tourist attractions and the train station. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom as well.
Cons: There was no noise isolation and we could hear people talking and babies crying from the other rooms all the time and also during the night.

Nice place in a great location
Pros: The location is wonderful, super-convenient, and walking distance to everything. Emilio was very kind. I stayed in the room with the kitchenette, the coffee machine and washing machine were there, so it was very homey. Cleaning was available every day. The bedsheets and towels are good quality and pretty new. And for the last days I moved to the 5th floor, the room was smaller, but still enough, it had a wonderful balcony, and you can watch the sunrise. So, I will definitely be back. It's a good combination of price vs location vs services
Cons: The room on the first floor was a bit dark, but since I was out almost the whole day, it didn't really bother.

Everything was great
Pros: Everything was good, staff was really respectful and responsible. Cleaning was every day which is a huge advantage. Plates, teapot and glasses were provided. Location is perfect, about 20 min walk from Colosseum and Trevi fountain. Area was clean and safe

Pros: We were very satisfied with the apartment! It was clean, new, and had air conditioning. Every morning, a cleaner would tidy the room, and we got fresh towels whenever we needed them. The apartment is located in a central part of the city, so everything is close by. When we arrived, we found it right away. The staff at the reception were very welcoming and explained everything clearly — including how to get around and how to use the metro.

Pros: Good value for money, great location, nice enough room with clean bathroom.
Cons: Our flight was late and we had to check in late. When I made the reservation I did not see that there is an extra fee for late check in. They informed me after the booking confirmation that the fee is 40 EUR for the late checkin. I didn't like it as it is not clearly stated when you make the reservation. Also, they only accepted cash payment for the late check in, while the tourist fee was paid by card at the location, when checked in.

Cons: Wi-Fi reception is poor in the room, on the last day there was no Internet at all. The big minus is that the air conditioners are dirty, it's just awful.
