Pros: The main advantages are very friendly and helpfull staff, the rooms are very tidy and cleaned regularly, the hotel's location was very good. Splendid value to price ratio.

Cons: The walls are quite thin and if you have noisy neighbours sometimes you can hear them. The rooms are not too big, but then again, it is enough for this price.

Pros: I literally walked everywhere from the Vatican to the pyramid.. I'm not joking! perfect location! the service man was also nice and helpful and it was cleaned every day! there is no kitchen, but in Italy you should eat out :D

Nice Comfortable stay, Close to all attractions

Pros: The property had everything you need, the location was great we walked everywhere. And the staff were very good, bobby ( not sure about the name sorry) was very helpful and kind during our stay and showed us the Rome map and how to get everywhere. For the location and the price you pay I recommend

Cons: If I have to say anything it's the left in the building, you have to close the doors for it to work and some people don't so it's stuck at some floor and then you have to use the stairs “ 4th floor” but nothing to do with the flat itself

Clean, comfortable room - value for money

Pros: Nice to have a window that we could open, even if there was construction going on across the street (not the hotel’s fault). Good to be able to start the day with a coffee in the room. Walking distance (15-20 minutes) to all the sites.

Cons: Would have been nice with a simpler TV set up to make it easier to find other international channels (BBC, CNN, Sky, etc.). We couldn’t figure out how it worked.

Pros: Big room with a small balcony. Very clean and quiet. Great location and super friendly staff

Cons: The place can be a little difficult to find as it looks more like a residential building from street level

Pros: The place is located in a quiet area ,close by to everything, the central station it's only 15 minutes away, there is 2 supermarket near by and lots restaurants and bar to choose from . The staff is exceptional Babu and his friend extended our check out and give us tips to go around. Definitely I will come back at this bnb next time in Rome

Over 100,000 steps in 6 days, lots to see do and some amazing food and wine

Pros: The reception desk were super helpful and quick to respond to any issues .

Cons: It’s on the 5th floor and sometimes the lift doesn’t work . It’s not the fault of the property however it’s people not shutting the door properly the it doesn’t work.
