The best choice for Rome!

Pros: The location is perfect - just in the heart of Rome. Stuff is exceptional, huge shout-out to Daniel and Mary, they were incredible attentive and nice! The room was very, very clean, with a modern design and comfortable bed. The property yard is exceptional, with a nice garden where you can enjoy your coffee. For sure we'll come back to Rome and there is no better choice than Master Trevi!

An excellent stay - comfortable, clean and welcoming

Pros: The hotel enjoys a wonderful location within a quiet, enclosed courtyard — a real haven of tranquility in the middle of the city. Our room was spacious and immaculate, reflecting the cleanliness and care maintained throughout the entire property. The complimentary pastries and coffee in the morning, along with refreshments offered in the late afternoon, were a delightful touch that added real warmth to our stay. Above all, the friendliness and attentiveness of every staff member made us feel genuinely welcome.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Master Trevi in Rome. The hotel was clean and bright throughout, and we were even upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was a lovely surprise. Its location is perfect, right in the city centre, making it very convenient to walk to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the daily refreshments were of high quality. On our departure day, they also helped us book a taxi to the airport. We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Pros: Staff were Profesional and friendly Room are very comfortable specially the bed. Room Nice new and clean Free Soft drink, coffee and Juices with snacks Room has all equipment Microwave and other.

Cons: Thank for Daniel for providing me a portable cooling fan as the system on heat ( as it is winter) and I have preference of cold room and atmosphere. The room temperature is not in the guest control. No Restaurant for breakfast, Lunch or dinner. No Telephone in the room to contact the reception. Room not Large and does not have lock system and entrance by password number. Can't be locked from inside. Any one knows the password can enter the room. All these are my preference However it does not affect the plenty advantages of this lovely Hotel which I really liked. Thank for all staff and my feedback is to reach optimal perfection. The Hotel is more than excellent at all levels. I would like to thank all staff for their tremendous effort to make my stay experience excellent.

More than perfect

Pros: The journey from Kyiv was quite long, and the staff did everything to make our holiday the best it could be. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our week-long stay by another five days. The staff deserve nothing but praise, from the cleaners to the receptionists. They are extraordinary people who provide perfect service and an exceptional experience. Attention to detail in everything. The courtyard is like a separate oasis of peace and recovery from the crowds. The hotel is wonderful, the informal atmosphere and high attention to safety allow you to really relax. We really liked the room. It has more than everything you need. The cleaning is impeccable every time. We are very, very grateful for all the help and customer service. Now, in snowy Kyiv, it is very pleasant to remember this holiday.

Pros: Location is very central , easily walkable to most places and yet quiet. Self serve snacks and drinks available throughout the day. The kitchenette is well equipped . Staff are friendly.

Cons: The hot water mixer not very consistent .

A perfect week and the most amazing hospitality from the staff. Michael, Daniel and Lorenzo went above and beyond.

Pros: A beautiful property , decor was gorgeous and it was within walking distance to all the sights . The complimentary nibbles and breakfast were an added luxury.
