Pros: The house was spacious and what we liked most about it was that it is located near restaurants, luxury and non luxury shops and there's a carrefour nearby. perfect!

Fabulous place with quaint little giardino

Pros: This apartment was absolutely beautiful. It is located right by the Spanish steps and in the heart of all things wonderful about Rome. Davide, our host, was easy to work with and answered any and all of our questions promptly. When leaving the apartment for the train station, I left a bag behind and immediately contacted Davide to look for it. Without hesitation, he quickly went to the apartment to look for it and notified me that it was safe with him. Perfect location. Perfect accommodations. Perfect everything!

The perfect apartment for your stay in Rome. Location Location !

Pros: The location, space and size of the apartment was perfect. The rooms were a great size, comfortable beds & fitted with everything you need when travelling. The communication with the host was excellent making for an extremely smooth arrival after a very long flight from Australia . We could not recommend this stay enough and will definitely return when next visiting Rome 🇮🇹

Large space and great location

Pros: Very spacious 4 bedrooms (plus an extra twin bed) worked well for a multigenerational group of 8. Having an outdoor space with chairs was a great place to relax on a sunny day. Washer, dishwasher, providing soap for both was helpful. Toaster, espresso machine, bread knife all provided. Two couches pulled out into beds (and bedding supplied and easy to locate), which was helpful to keep the kids separated. When one of the toilets wouldn’t stop flushing and I reported it, maintenance came over and fixed it within a few hours. Location was wonderful—on a picturesque side street, across from a bar/ristorante, a few blocks from the Spanish Steps and Spagna Metro stop, near many restaurants, a Venchi gelateria, barely a block away from a decent grocery store, and within walking distance of so many landmarks in Rome.

Cons: Kitchen table was too big for the small kitchen space and it was difficult to sit around it. Towels were a bit thin, but they were also large which kind of made up for that. It would have been helpful to have a couple extra towels rather than just one per person. One bedroom had no hangars. It was noisy in the early mornings when trucks went up and down the street (trash collecting, street sweeping or making deliveries to local businesses)— but in my opinion, was worth it because of the location.

Amazing location and spacious for 9 people. Would stay again!

Pros: Location couldn’t have been better!! Perfect spot. Family of 9 with adults, everyone had their own room. Very spacious rooms. Clean and modern bathrooms. Very responsive hosts! Located on first floor, up only about 10 steps. Very safe area for tourists. We used bounce to store our bags right across the street at Cafe d’Angelo before check in time. Pictures were accurate in presentation of the space except slightly more worn down.

Cons: The price you pay for the location is that it can be very noisy at night with restaurants all around. Only other thing was that the towels were limited. They were portioned for guests but no towel hooks to hang them to dry.

A stunning location for a fabulous stay in central Rome, I would definitely recommend.

Pros: Amazing location and a great apartment with modern facilities and plenty of space for everyone.

This was the most wonderful accomodation in an excellent location, surrounded by restaurants and local attractions.

Pros: It was a beautiful spacious home with excellent air conditioning. The outdoor space was great to eat at.

Pros: L'accueil s'est bien déroulé. Marco nous a très bien expliqué, en français, toutes les fonctionnalités de l'appartement. Il a été patient et compréhensif.

Cons: La cuisine est petite.

Lusso e comodità

Pros: L'appartamento è i uno dei quartieri più eleganti di Roma, lo spazio esterno e la vicinanza alla metro Spagna lo rendono veramente perfetto per chi non vuole rinunciare alla comodità.

Cons: Niente di particolare, forse giusto un po' di rumore dai vicini quando si sta enlla zona esterna.
