Great place
Pros: Lovely modern suite, great size, huge bed with kitchen facilities as well and a small balcony. Cleaned everyday. Staff very helpful with maps, bus/train/metro if we had questions. It’s in an inner courtyard and plenty nearby within walking distance.
Cons: Little bit noisy and bad a bit hard but that’s personal preference so we would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Good location, clean, good cleaning every day in the room. Nice staff.
Cons: The elevator is old, small and difficult to operate with two sets of manual doors. The electronic key did not work, we had to use normal metal keys wich was difficult because the lighting in the hallway was lacking. There is a lack of hangers in the room and the toilet, both for clothes, then I mean on the walls, not the closet. Place to hang the clothes of 4 people during the night f.ex., specially since there is only one chair in the room. Also a place to hang wet towels after the shower. The walkway when approching the place is difficult, specially in the dark, or with suitcases, up or down the hill on narrow and very bumpy walkway. One person in our group strained her ankle and fell in one of the big holes in the dark, hurting here andlega, knee and hand.

Great hotel in amazing location.
Pros: Facilities were new and everything was quite comfortable. The location was amazing, only 5 min walk to the Trevi Foundation. There are quite a few shops and restaurant apart.
Cons: The AC was quite slow to cool down the room. Luckily as it was December we could open the window.

Great last minute find
Pros: Spacious & comfy, polite helpful staff, free bottled water in quantity, good shower and associated products. Great location. Good value - and have us an invaluable good night's sleep (after we left our other booking early because it was uncomfortable and oddly laid out)

It was good and comfortable
Pros: Clean, big bed, big sofa bed and an extra single bed, all very comfortable. Plenty of clean towels, the second day - our beds were made and the room was cleaned and moped.
Cons: The reception has to work from 7:00-23:00 so we have been advised the night before we leave to just come to the reception at 7:00 and they will help us to book a taxi, we were waiting till 7:30 am and still nobody was there, so we were a bit stressed, but was ok that was an emergency contact number which we used to call, and from the another branch the receptionist helped us and organised us very quickly taxi. Not very big minus - but needs a bit more light in the room. Overall the stay was good and the staff was friendly

Excellent city break hotel,would recommend
Pros: Excellent location for a 3 day trip. Room was sufficient for 4 on the basis of not spending a huge amount of time in it. Beds comfortable, shower and bathroom facilities were good, fridge in room was welcome and nice and quiet.
Cons: No complaints…possibly a few more hangers for wardrobe when there are 4 guests

Overall comfortable stay, great location. One room, not an apartment as described.
Pros: Location was excellent, close to Trevi fountain, we either walked or got buses easily to all main attractions. There was a laundry service and supermarket on the same street. The room was comfortable, good size with comfy bed and good A/C. Easy metro ride to central station.
Cons: The description and photos did not match the room. It is not a separate bedroom as described, it is one room. When I questioned this I was told that the living room and bedroom don’t always have a door (or a wall in our room). The photo showed a kitchen with hot plate and description that you can cook. The kitchen in room did not have this. I questioned because we wanted to cook. We were directed to a ‘kitchen’ in the hallway which I was embarrassed to use. The staff provided cooking utensils promptly. The room description and kitchen photo should be changed.
