Pros: Was the first staff that offered to help this much. We found the suites very easily and fast , they were caring all the time and helping with everything, Would love to go back there . i am so happy and grateful for this 🫶

Pros: A perfect room, extremely clean near the trastevere train station and the tram 8 that gets you in the centre of Rome in 15 minutes . The breakfast was nice and the people very helpful and organised ! The room has everything you need, perfect for a couple . Definitely we will visit again !

Pros: The staff were very helpful and always on the end of a phone. Although not in the busy tourist part of Rome we are so glad we stayed here as it was very accessible to the tourist part but very nice to leave on the tram every night. And also within walking distance of the train to the airport.

Perfect stay, would visit again

Pros: The staff was friendly, nice room service breakfast. it was a comfortable stay with great transportation connections. We had to leave early for a tour & they packed our breakfast.

Cons: The shower was a bit awkward.

Pros: The room was very spacious and cleaned daily. Delicious breakfasts, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The location is ideal, close to the train station and tram stops.
