Lovely Appartment, superbly appointed in an excellent location.

Pros: Superbly appointed Appartment in a great location. It was very clean and well presented. Although in a great location, the Appartment was quiet and a lovely place to relax in between exploring Rome. Will definitely rent on next visit to Rome.

Great place to stay, cosy and in the centre of Rome - but please, fix the issue with the TV! :-)

Pros: Very cosy apartment on two levels (or three, if you consider the little terrace), with a kitchenette that makes it very easy to prepare light healthy meals. Prime location, 3 minutes walk from Piazza di Spagna, in the middle of a high-end shopping district with great restaurants and local supermarkets. Super friendly staff, very welcoming and helpful. We want to thank Mr. Lucky for having made our stay even more comfortable and to Mrs Nadia for having organized a very attentive and courteous housekeeping

Cons: On a few days during our stay we had very noisy neighbours who woke us up at midnight in a couple of occasions. Also the TV has some connection issues and at a random time in the night it switched on on its own, making the room bright and waking us up - this happened every night. As the TV was not easy to unplug without the risk of damaging something, we resolved by using eye masks and by setting a timer on the TV to switch off after 10 minutes of inactivity.

Perfect location, Staff and Apartment.

Pros: Perfect apartment and location in Spagna, close to the Spanish steps, metro, supermarkets, beautiful restaurants and well known stores. It was very clean and full amenities provided, including a first aid kit. Lucky and Nadia were amazing to deal with and very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit to Rome.

A R(H)ome away from home

Pros: Best location, best staff ( Nadia, Alessandro, Sebastian, Carlos), clean, spacious, safe. My every trip in Rome I stay here and it never dissapoints. Thank you Nadia for warm welcoming and making my birthday really special. And for daily support and hospitality. You are the best!

Cons: that I have to leave....but I always come back here :)

Very clean &cosy apartment in an Excellent location

Pros: Amazing location. Beautiful ,Cosy and very clean apartment. communication with the staff was easy via WhatsApp. The bed was comfy and the room heating was very good. Mr. Lucky from the reception was extremely nice. He helped us with everything we asked for, always happily and pleasantly. He responded promptly to my WhatsApp messages, and helped us get a taxi on a day when the street was blocked due to a national holiday.

Cons: It would be a good idea to replace the shower head that sprays everywhere. We didn't like that they put sheets over and under the duvet instead of a duvet cover.

Perfect Location and Wonderful Stay in Rome

Pros: Location was absolutely perfect, if you’re visiting Rome, I honestly don’t think you can find a better area. Everything you need is right there and easily reachable on foot. The staff were very polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
