Expectations met. Great location and good value.

Pros: Great location. No facilities, but didn't need them on a city break.

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ripetta 25 in Rome. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed. The rooms were spotless and cleaned with great care every day. Everything was fresh, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. The service was not only professional, but truly warm and heartfelt. That personal touch made all the difference. During our stay, we unfortunately experienced food poisoning from a restaurant in the city. In moments like that, you truly see the character of a place. The team went above and beyond to support us. They helped us, thought along with us, and made sure we felt cared for. We never felt alone, and that kindness meant more than we can express. Ripetta 25 felt like a home away from home in Rome warm, safe, and genuinely hospitable. This review comes straight from the heart. You truly deserve it. We will definitely be back.

We truly loved our stay — the children even started calling it “home” during our trip.

Pros: Lovely hotel in a great neighborhood — right in the heart of the action, yet located on a quiet street that allows for a peaceful stay. Major attractions are very close; you can even see Piazza del Popolo from the window, and the Spanish Steps are just a short walk away. The beds were very comfortable, the room was cleaned daily, and fresh fruit and snacks were thoughtfully provided. There was also a refrigerator in the room, which was very convenient. It’s about a 40-minute walk to the Termini area or the Colosseum, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Overall, a comfortable and well-located place to stay that I would gladly recommend.

Cons: The only things we missed were an extra chair in the room and a rack or hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes.

Everything was perfect. I would stay here again if I return to Rome.

Pros: The apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained, offering a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were professional, polite, and always willing to assist with anything needed. The location is excellent, right in the city center, providing easy access to shops, restaurants, and major points of interest. In addition, the apartment was fully equipped with all necessary amenities, making the stay convenient and enjoyable. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Cons: We did not find anything negative.

Pros: Very helpful staff, nice large full of light room, all considered, ws liked it.

Cons: The toaster was not working, but on leaving, I reported it, and I am sure a new toaster would have been installed without delay

Pros: Cleanliness and location, especially lots of original restaurants and close access to public transport

Pros: Comfortable and modern rooms that look newly refurbished. Everything looks of a high standard, much better than the photos on the site. Very central location a stone-throw away from Piazza del Popolo, and still very quiet. Very good communication with the hosts throughout.

Cons: I had an issue with the front door and the lady at reception wasn't particularly helpful nor polite.

Would fully recommend.

Pros: Room had full kitchenette facilities. Snacks replenished daily. Location was super.

Pros: The location was perfect to go anywhere to do sightseeing and shopping. The room was cleaned every day. Had apples, some biscuits and free water!

Cons: The bathroom shower booth was really small and the water pressure wasn’t good.

Pleasant accommodation.

Pros: I liked the location. It was a nice gesture that the minibar was refilled every day, free of charge.
