Perfect location, perfect apartment, simply excellent.

Pros: This characterful apartment is an absolute find. Everything has been carefully curated , and after a day or evening of being out around Rome, it’s a supremely spacious and comfortable place to return to . With the Metro round the corner, and numerous places easily reached on foot this really adds to a brilliant holiday. Everything is high quality - glasses, plates, bedding , towels, sofas, TVs and WiFi superb too . It exceeds expectations . Thank you !

Lovely central apartment

Pros: Location was very good for a lot of the tourist attractions but also had some good restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp if we needed any assistance.

Cons: When we arrived we had no water as the housekeeper had turned it off for some reason so we had to get instructions from the host to turn it back on. He did respond very quickly but I felt this is something that should have been checked knowing the apartment was booked. No other issues.

Really enjoyed it - highly recommend!

Pros: Fantastic property with super hosts who made everything very comfortable for us. It's completely renovated in modern style. Kids loved the lofts. The metro station is just around the corner and the Colosseum is a 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend and return here on our next trip to Rome!

Caring stuff, new and interesting design

Pros: Newly refurbished apartment. Spacious, interesting design, exceptional selection of amenities of all sorts. Rarely I see an apartment so well equipped to meet the needs of the guests

Cons: Proximity to railway station always has its minuses

Pros: Apartment is in the very centre of Rome with metro station just around the corner and food store just outside of the building entrance. If you are not up to dining outside every night you have all you need to fix a family dinner at your vacation home and have relaxing evening after active touristic day :).

Beautiful spotless modern apartment!

Pros: Beautiful and exceptionally clean apartment within a 10 minute walk to the colussium and 2 minute walk to metro station. We loved that the host had snacks, drinks and toiletries for us. There was also a package of pasta with a jar of sauce and a pizza in the freezer if we got hungry. We loved the modern decor and fresh open feel. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It truly felt like a luxury hotel, everything we needed was there. The host is a dermatologist so there were even bonus samples like face wash and sunscreen. We were even offered a late check out. If you plan on staying in Rome this is a gorgeous, spacious apartment that you must rent. Don't hesitate!

Pros: Style top. Shampoo bis conditioner bis Olivenöl - alles war da. Super Küche, gute Matratzen.

Cons: Die Fenster sind leider nicht schalldicht, man hört recht viel durch vom Leben auf der Straße.

Dobra baza wypadowa do atrakcji turystycznych Rzymu.

Pros: Apartament był stylowy, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, czysty i przestronny. Lokalizacja w zasięgu 10 minutowego spaceru przez park do Koloseum. Na przeciwko 2 markety i kawiarnia. W każdym pomieszczeniu klimatyzacja - użyteczna, ponieważ po otwarciu okna hałas może być uciążliwy. Balkonik niewielki, aby tylko stanąć. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Polecam.

Amazing space with exposed old stone and modern metal. Book it, it's great!

Pros: The interior of the home was incredible. An amazing mix of old exposed stone and modern metal, accent lighting everywhere to show off the great features of the home, modern bathrooms, comfortable beds & couches... it was perfect. And the multiple lofts, while small, gave another dimension to where to spend time in the home. And air conditioning worked great during 100F deg days. Lots of little touches to the design. It is a testament to the property when a rental unit is one of the highlights of the trip. Everyone loved spending time here and would recommend - perfect place.
