Pros: The location is excellent, with supermarkets and bakeries nearby, and easy access to the metro, buses, and the city center. The reception staff were very friendly, helpful, and always available. The room was comfortable and well equipped, with all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay.

Pros: The property is big and clean, a good place to stay for a family. Accessible to shops and metro train stations. Colesium is just a walking distance. The host Liliana is very friendly and gives us information about our way around Rome.

Fantastic 4 night family stay in Rome.
Pros: Host was very welcoming and shared helpful information about the local area, transport and places to visit. Apartment’s location was fantastic. 10 minute walking distance to the Colosseum. Metro station at the top of the street and lots of cafes, bars and restaurants to chose from. Lovely restaurant, Vecchia Roma, at the bottom of the street. Recommend booking as there is a que for it opening! Two supermarkets on the street which was great. Apartment was lovely, family friendly, homely and very spacious. Everything we needed, quiet, secure and very clean. A very thoughtful host.
Cons: Only negative was a personal preference - bed in main bedroom was very hard, quite uncomfortable. My Son was comfy on the single bed though.

Great place to stay
Pros: excellent location. The owner was very good and friendly. The place was neat and was at it's best condition. we were very happy to stay there. Definitely we will be staying there again.
Cons: I liked everything in that apartment. Nothing to complain. Thanks to the owner and booking.com to provide us such a beautiful place.

Comfortable!
Pros: The subway station is nearby and Termini Station is within walking distance. The Colosseum is also within walking distance. There are two supermarkets near the building where you can buy groceries. The facilities are in good condition. There was a problem with the shower, but it was fixed the next day. The response to our emergency call was excellent.
Cons: I think they must have just renovated it. The bedroom door is a bit stiff to open and close. The window shutters are also stiff to open and close, so I hope they will improve that.

Clean and comfy apartment in the centre of Rome.
Pros: The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It had air conditioning, which was important in summer. The apartment was located next to a couple of supermarkets and nice restaurants, including Vecchia Roma. The Colosseum was not far as was a metro statiion.
Cons: Everything was good.

Fantastic apartment
Pros: The rooms, the layout, the location. It was all good! Our large kids and us all had enough room to have time to ourselves if we needed it too. The apartment is a stone's throw from the metro station and under 1km to the Colleseum so an easy walk. Plus there's a fantastic bakery/ cafe based in the building, Roscioli, we had breakfast there most days.
Cons: The only thing I would have liked was some long hanging space. Apart from that, absolutely everything was thought of.
