Super cool!

Pros: The apartment is very very nice. The location was the best. I liked very much the fact that the apartment had everything you would need, things such as iron, hair dryer, oven, a lot of dishes to cook, salt, ingredients stuff like these.

Cons: The fact that it was a little bit cold and especially over the night it is getting colder due to the fact it doesn’t a door to the balcony…but if you you are sleeping with the heating system on ON, everything is fine

Pros: The host were fantastic, I arrived at Brina House with my partner, a series of unfortunate events happened which left me stranded alone in Rome on the day I was supposed to leave.. they helped me find new flights home for the next day and let me stay an extra night.. they were really kind, and understanding. Brina house had everything you could need for a stay, also extremely clean. would definitely stay here again 😁

Pros: The location of it is very central and metro is just 100m away. The neighborhood is very lively with supermarket, park, restaurants and deli. The staffs are very responsive and helpful, especially when in an emergency situation like one got locked outside without keys.

Cons: It would be nicer if the facility is slightly more updated—the teetering shower rod, and the bedside lamp with flickering lightbulb. But overall things are decent.

Remek nyugodt tartózkodás, ideális helyen

Pros: A szállás kitűnő helyen van, nagyon közel van a metró, illetve a Termini pályaudvar. Nagyon gördülékeny volt a kulcsátvétel, a csomagjainkat előbb le is tehettük a szálláson. Nagyon aranyos kis konyhát találtunk, amihez minden szükséges felszerelés megvolt. Az internet nagyon remekül működött, és az okos tv is szuper volt. A két ágy közül a felsőhöz volt takaró. Mivel a belső udvarra néz az ablak, ezért nyugodt, csendes volt a szoba. A klíma jól működött. Mindenféle bolt közelben megtalálható.

Cons: Kicsit nem értettük a zárt erkély megoldását, ahonnan elég intenzíven jött a hideg. Gondolom, ez nyáron nem probléma. Ide esetleg fel lehetne szerelni egy ajtót.

Pros: Localização, em frente ao supermercado Penny, com ótimos preços . Apartamento pequeno , mais confortável , cozinha completa , apartamento limpo .

rustig en authentiek in het hartje van Rome

Pros: Het was op wandelafstand van het station en de metro. Ook kon je op een kwartier stappen in de toeristische buurt raken. Maar best van al lag het kort bij authentieke restaurantjes waar het minder toeristisch was. De accommodatie was goed uitgerust voor als je zelf wil koken en voor langere verblijven. Zelf heb ik erg genoten van de smart TV waarop ik kon inloggen op mijn Netflix account. Ook was het er rustig en heb ik er heel goed kunnen slapen.

Cons: Soms werd het warm op de kamer, maar de kamer was voorzien van airco dus koelde het snel weer af.

Bonito y práctico mini apartamento en el centro de Roma

Pros: El apartamento es pequeño, pero están muy bien aprovechado los espacios. Tiene una di le altura q lo hace más práctico. Parte reformada y parte antigua. Muy bien situado, al lado de la parada metro Vittorio Emmanuelle, a una distancia de 12 min andando al Coliseo, y con un supermercado justo enfrente del portal. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente.

Cons: Todo está correcto. Simplemente, un pequeño detalle: el sistema de desaguar el inodoro, es un poco lento. Hay q estar pendiente… no hay cisterna y es un grifo

Wonderful Stay! recommended

Pros: It was very close to key points of the city, great for a tourist for easy access! Close to subway station! If you come to sightsee this is perfect.

Cons: nothing comes to mind

Pros: Muy buen lugar para una estancia de varios dias en Roma. Amplio y con la mayoria de las necesidades cubiertas. Los anfitriones muy dispuestos y amables.

Cons: La ducha del baño se tapaba. No tiene lavarropa.
