Pros: Great location! We were greeted personally and shown how everything worked and things to do in the area. Nice touch with a bottle of wine too. Tea and coffee also available. Great facilites - had washing machine which was much appreciated!

Cons: We couldn't work out how to use the heater - it got a bit too hot overnight (worked too well, not really a problem!)

Pros: The apartment was near the Termini station and convenience stores and eateries. Dorina, our host, was very helpful, messaging us way in advance about coming to the apartment, and advising us as to what we can do on our trip to Rome. The apartment was just nice for a family of 4. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay here tremendously.

Pros: It is a quiet location, near Termini train station. Cafe, restaurants nearby. Fourth floor, elevator. In the kitchen all things you need..

Pros: The apartment was charming, rustic, clean and very well equipped. Dorina was super helpful and responsive. Any problems were solved quickly. Lots of information given about the area including maps, directions, recommendations. Location was superb. Very convenient for attractions of Rome and public transport. Lots of quality bars and restaurants in the area. Yet no noise in the apartment. Nice and quiet.

Cons: Only downside was that shower was a bit temperamental. No doubt this will get sorted

Pros: Staff are very quick in responding to and dealing with queries, as well as providing lots of information about Rome for your visit. Cosy apartment, walking distance to Colosseum and Subway lines. Good area for food and avoiding big crowds also.

Remarkable weekend in Rome

Pros: The location is ideal, with most famous attractions just steps away, including the Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, and several major basilicas. You'll also find plenty of charming local eateries nearby that are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The apartment is well equipped and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even if you decide to cook your own meal, you'll be fully covered. Dorina is an exceptional host who went above and beyond to fulfill our requests and answer all our questions.

Cons: While the apartment does require a few minor repairs here and there, these issues are not significant. The water pressure in the shower could be improved; however, it is in line with what I have experienced in other major European cities.

Pros: We loved the stay ! Dorina is a great host, welcomed us in person .. she is full of energy and gave us great tips of the city, the apartment is well located right in front of a market and also very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place for your rome vacation

Pros: Everything was great, from check in to check out, Dorina is super helpful and the apartment was clean, comfortable and warm, it really felt as home away from home. There are shops right in front and another one a bit further down the road. Right next is a patisserie with really good stuff.

Cons: I liked everything.
