Amazing location! Beautiful apartment! Loved our stay!!
Pros: Max was an incredible host. He left a lot of treats for us in the apartment. The location was incredible! We could see the Colosseum out our bedroom window! Lots of space for 6 people.
Cons: We loved our stay. The only thing that might be helpful for the host to know was that the showers in the bathrooms were quite cold. Even on maximum heat they were only warm.

Pros: Well, there are not many apartments/accommodation where you simply can’t give anything less than 10 out of 10 on everything. The location, coziness, cleanliness and friendly housekeeper welcoming us and giving all info about Rome. We felt like home here, Thank you!

Good location and comfortable beds
Pros: Lovely building. Good location. Friendly and helpful checkin with Max. Very clean and beds very comfortable.
Cons: Needs some things in the kitchen like bread board and containers to put unused items in the fridge but otherwise well equipped. Not enough seating in the lounge room for relaxing.

Great apartment
Pros: The rooms were very comfortable, cozy, and clean. The apartment is spacious, with two large, spotless bathrooms. The photos don’t do it justice – it’s much more beautiful in reality! The location is perfect. The host, Max, was incredibly kind – despite our very late check-in, he welcomed us with cake and wine. Everything was wonderful. Thank you very much for the lovely stay!

We had a fantastic stay, and our host’s thoughtful gesture made a real difference
Pros: Amazing apartment and the loveliest host I have ever had. We were welcomed with a cake by a smiled gentleman. He provided us a lot of useful information. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The Coloseum can be seen by the window. Shops, groceries are very close. Our flight was in the afternoon, but our host kindly let us leave our luggage in the hallway, so we didn’t have to carry it around all day. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and we truly appreciate it. It made our stay even more enjoyable—thank you!

Business trip to Rome
Pros: Almost everything, the hosts are exquisite people, the room is large enough, the bathroom is perfect. All is clean and well maintained, there is a noise road underneath, but the window is noise-proof. The equipment is suitable for the kind of host the B&B is.
Cons: If you need to work, the space is really tight. The refrigerator is closed in the furniture where you keep dressing. Temperature becomes high inside. I would suggest changing the closed door with a semi-open configuration so the refrigerator can breathe.
