Luxury on the Colosseum doorstep.

Pros: We loved the presentation and location of this luxurious 3 bedroom spacious apartment. The attention to detail was very much appreciated as was the warm welcome from Luigi and the delicious fresh tart and Prosecco.

Pros: Everything from the planning to departure was perfect. Luigi is the best host. He greeted us and helped us plan our time in Rome. The view was spellbinding. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a very special visit to Rome.

Very good accommodation experience

Pros: The Romance Al Colosseo 2 was in a perfect location and was the perfect setting for our trip in Rome. The host was very kind and patient, waiting for us when we were a little late, helping us to park. I am so grateful for his kindness and gentle guidance, and I will recommend this property to people around me.

A very nice and comfortable stay. Perfect for waking up and enjoy the Ancient Rome sites before all the crowds!

Pros: Amazing location, how great to open the window in the morning and see the colosseum and Roman forum! Very comfortable beds. Luigi was very helpful and accommodating.

Cons: The sitting room is a bit enclosed

Amazing view with a caring host

Pros: What an amazing experience, from the excellent communication and warm welcome from Luigi to the thoughtful extras such as cake and wine. Fabulous view each morning with the beautiful church bells and great location...we walked everywhere! Highly recommend 👌

Pros: Fantastic location literally on the doorstep of the Colosseum and a few steps from the Metro. Met by the property owners and shown around the property. The extra touches of some basics in the fridge, cakes and biscuits and a bottle of wine were lovely.

Matched our expectations and suited our requirements.

Pros: Unbeatable location, communication, property and quite simply the apartment was very special and the hosts are excellent. The range of grocery items provided was well thought out and easily covered the period until you can visit a supermarket with a some special items.

Cons: Nothing worth mentioning.
