Pros: The location is the absolute selling point for this apartment. It is ridiculously close to the Colosseum! There is a restaurant right out front, a wonderful spot to watch the world go by. The apartment itself was a fine base for our family to explore Rome for the few short days we were there. The host was great, responsive, easy check in and check out process.
Cons: There were lots of rats in the alleyway between the restaurant and the apartment which was not comfortable. We didn't want to leave the front door open in case one got inside.

Pros: The location of this Airbnb is simply unbeatable! Being directly across the street from the Colosseum allowed us the incredible convenience of visiting it anytime, even late at night, enjoying its grandeur without the usual crowds. Inside, the ambiance is wonderfully cool and relaxing, enhanced by warm, inviting lights and a delightful patio, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.
Cons: While we arrived at the designated check-in time of 3:00 PM, the cleaning was still being finalized, causing a brief wait. However, the apartment was impeccably clean and very comfortable, which ultimately made our stay enjoyable.

Wonderful home in a fantastic location!
Pros: Fantastic property. The location was perfect - across the street from the Colosseum. Can't beat those views! Although the the area was really busy at all times of the day, the accommodation felt like a little oasis away from it all. The courtyard was wonderful for sitting outside with coffee in the morning, or a spritz in the evening. Watching the Colosseum away from the crowds. The metro stop is a few minute walk away to access all of Rome easily. Francesca was a great host, responsive and communicative. Accessing the property was easy. Would absolutely stay there again.
Cons: Nothing, was perfect.

Hidden Gem
Pros: The location was perfect, with a little courtyard to sit and take in the amazing view of the Colosseum. A variety of bars and restaurants close by. The metro and a taxi rank a few minutes walk away. Although we were in the centre of the hustle and bustle of the Colosseum, the apartment is quiet and relaxing after a day sightseeing. Francesca the host is lovely, regular communication, before, during and after our stay. Lovely little welcoming pack on our arrival, which is a nice touch. The apartment was clean and comfortable and ideal for what we needed. Highly recommend and we will definitely return

All round great trip. Perfect location, helpful host and lovely place.
Pros: Francesca the host was great with communication and always replied before my visit and throughout if needed. I felt very reassured with taking my young nephew here. The location couldn't be any more perfect! The host also helped with transfers to and from the airport. The apartment is lovely and had everything that was needed for our stay. We will definitely be back!
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

A perfect city-break location full of character and comforts
Pros: The location was unbelievable, with a courtyard view of the Colosseum, cafes and restaurants just yards away, a Taxi rank and Metro station all on your doorstep too, yet the property is quietly tucked away as an oasis of calm. The host Franci was very helpful, communicating before and during our stay, including arranging fairly priced punctual transport to and from the airport. It really is all you need and more for a comfortable and memorable stay in the heart of this great city meaning we could enjoy days and evenings to the max. In a word, outstanding.

Perfect location and excellent communication
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay here. My favourite thing was the location and having a seating area outside so I could enjoy coffee and see the colosseum without the crowds. I couldn’t have asked for any more.
