Pros: Great location close to the station and Colosseum. Nice touch with a fully loaded espresso machine and some local jams and honey. Alessio our host was super helpful with the check in check out details and info during the stay. Will look forward to staying there again!

Pros: Clean and modernly renovated apartment with everything you need for the stay. We enjoyed the kitchen and very good kitchen equipment, because we usually use kitchen a lot during our trips. Very nice and clean bathroom.

Excellent property and location made our stay in Rome very memorable

Pros: The location was great. Situated in the student quarter of Rome, about 15 mins walk from the Coliseum. Lots of good places to eat nearby. The flat is small but well equipped. The host was extremely friendly and helpful.

Beautiful apartment, great hosts!

Pros: We loved the apartment and the hosts. Alessio was genuinely concerned about our stay, and since the stay was a present for my mom's birthday, it made it that much more beautiful. The apartment has a terrace on the 5th floor, and we drank coffee there in the mornings and enjoyed the sun. We loved that it was a 15 min walk from Termini, and the neighborhood itself got everything that we needed.

Pros: Tolle Ausstattung, sauber, Kaffee und ein Korb mit Frühstücksverpflegung standen sogar bereit, äußerst netter Kontakt zum Vermieter… also alles perfekt, danke, wir kommen wieder!

Wij waren aangenaam verrast door deze mooie accommodatie en de communicatie van Allesio!

Pros: Het appartement was zo ontzettend netjes en schoon met twee prachtige ruime slaapkamers. Het contact met Alessio was ook ontzettend prettig! Alles was aanwezig, koffie, thee, toast met jam en nutella voor een snel ontbijt. De plek was ook fijn, nette wijk en op loopafstand van station Termini.

Cons: Niets!
