Very good apartment near Termini station to explore Rome

Pros: Comfortable beds, good position (10-15 min walk to Vittorio Emanuele metro station, 20min walk to Santa Maria Maggiore church, elevator, coffee machine, cleanliness, integrated climate system

Cons: Thin walls. Careful with loud noises especially late evening. It’s an old building Climate system could use a simple user manual, just for heating or cooling use cases, as the tablet might be a bit too complicated to operate if you’re not used to so many functions

Pros: Everything was very good. The apartment was spotless, equipped with all the necessary amenities. Alessandro, the host, was exceptionally kind and helpful.

Appartment calme et confortable.

Pros: L'emplacement était vraiment super, dans un chouette quartier

Cons: Certains éléments de la cuisine n'avait pas été correctement lavés. Et suite à une annulation de notre vol retour, nous n'avons pas réussi à contacter notre hôte. Je ne sais pas si c'est dû au site ou à notre hôte, mais c'était désagréable.

Excelente departamento.

Pros: El departamente está excelente, muy bien equipado, superó nuestras expectativas.

Cons: Hay que pagar una tasa ambiental, y los medios de pago disponibles eran únicamente mediante PayPal y/o transferencia bancaria. Para lo que vivimos en Sudamérica, no es tan sencillo tener PayPal y havcer transferencias al exterior. Deberían considerar la posibilidad de aceptar cobro por tarjeta de crédito y/o efectivo en el lugar.

Genialny apartament w dobrej cenie

Pros: Apartament był naprawdę czysty i zadbany! Było wszystko co niezbędne zarówno w kuchni i w łazience. Lokalizacyjnie blisko do autobusów jak i do dworca Termini. Blisko dużo sklepów i restauracji. Okolica bardzo przyjazna i bezpieczna !

Cons: Jedyny minus to brak suszarki do ubrań w razie potrzeby wysuszenia. Poza tym wszystko super!

Piso luminoso en zona tranquila

Pros: Zona muy tranquila a 15min andando de Termini. Las camas súper cómodas. Muy bien decorado, techos de bóveda catalana preciosos, cocina bien equipada, luminoso. Ventanas de alta calidad, 5° con ascensor.

Cons: No tiene salón, solo un cuartito pequeño con una mesa y un par de sillas para desayunar.

Pros: Malgré le retard du bus de l'aéroport, Alexandre a été au top. L'appartement était propre, très calme puisqu'il donne sur une cour intérieure. Le bus 71 sur la petite place avant L'appartement est pratique pour se rendre à la gare Tiburtina et pour prendre un Flixbus.

Cons: Un torchon aurait été apprécié pour la cuisine mais ce n'est vraiment qu'un détail.
