Great spot for a weekend in Rome

Pros: Everything was great, they messaged asking for a time and had someone there waiting with the keys for when we arrived. Great service and was really easy. At the end of the road there was a couple of bakeries and not too far to walk to the train station.

Brand new and clean apartment in the ground floor

Pros: Everything was sound . The apartment was new , clean and equipped. Very good communication with the owner as well. The only negative was the fact that the apartment is in the ground floor and was very noising overnight as people were sitting around the windows and chatting loud so disturbing our sleep quite few times. Distance from Termini 20min walking.

Pros: Welcome kit, cordialità, molto precisi nelle risposte. Ottima soluzione per raggiungere Roma in auto,situato in zona Ztl verde con una euro 6 siamo entrati e abbiamo pagato il solo parcheggio, 4 €/giorno, domenica non si paga

Estancia acogedora, limpia y cercana

Pros: Nos recibió con fruta, bebidas y café para nuestra estancia, y el apartamento estaba limpio y ordenado, el personal que nos recibió fue muy amable y nos encontrábamos a 3 minutos de la parada de bus que nos llevaba a cualquier lugar.

Pros: Apartamento pequeño pero cómodo , está bien ubicado , y las instalaciones están muy bien. Solo pasamos una noche , pero estuvo bien.

Cons: Un poco ruidoso a la hora de dormir , dado que está muy cerca de los restaurantes y es un bajo, tienes que tener cerradas las ventanas porque no tiene intimidad.
