Very nice
Pros: The location is prime just beside the termini train station. The appartment was new very clean and we felt very safe ! The host was very nice, very fast to respond to any demands. Would recommend to anyone ! Even the sofa bed was very comfortable

Pros: The people hosting the property are very helpful and just a message/ call away. They are like your personal guide in a new city and really made us feel at home and very comfortable. We had a last min booking, still they helped us really well and helped us get comfortable. The place is very cosy and very close to termini and very vibrant Sab Lorenzo university. There are a lot of options of eatery.

An extraordinary stay — we highly recommend this property 100%!
Pros: Everything! The apartment was absolutely perfect, spotless, comfortable, and with all the utilities you could possibly need. The location is fantastic, close to everything and very convenient. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and our host Sofia was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. This has truly been the best property we have ever booked.
Cons: Nothing at all — everything was 10/10

Staying here provides more space, privacy, and authenticity than a chain hotel!
Pros: I didn’t know what to expect, as this was our first time booking an apartment. It was very clean, well-stocked, and extremely spacious with two rooms of vaulted ceilings and cute decorations. Having a full-sized fridge for water and juice after walking around on hot days was much appreciated (and a kitchen with plenty of supplies if you want to stay in and cook). It was a wonderful experience with a much more authentic feeling than staying in a hotel. Our hostess was fantastic and very accommodating with our questionable check-in time, due to the flight. She greeted us to check us in and then gave us space, but was great at communicating whenever we had questions about the appliances or anything. She also provided a list of recommended local restaurants and transportation routes to main attractions.
Cons: The one concern is that if I were a solo female traveler, I would have been concerned walking back to the apartment, especially after dark. While the apartment itself seems to be surrounded by nice neighbors, the area parallel to the train tracks is a bit concerning. Looking up local historical attractions yields a lot of reviews saying similar things. Also, there are many loud people walking around the neighborhood (maybe from bars) extremely late at night.

Buona posizione e proprietarie disponibili
Pros: L’appartamento si trova in un’ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione Termini. Essenziale ma arredato di recente e ordinato. Le proprietarie sono state gentili e disponibili verso le nostre esigenze.
Cons: L’appartamento dà direttamente su una via di un quartiere frequentato e per questo un po’ rumoroso di notte. Forse l’unica altra cosa che aggiungerei è che avremmo gradito che ci fosse stata una caffettiera, ma per il resto non ci sono stati elementi negativi.
