Fernando’s Apartment

Pros: Very clean property. Simple, but with all the facilities you need. Bus station near by. Lot of restaurants in the neighborhood.

Pros: The apartment was very nice and close to the train station.

Cons: Getting into the apartment was a little confusing. I had trouble paying for the tourist tax, which delayed getting the instructions. The building door was opened using a button on your phone; this worked well but depends on phone battery etc

Pros: Удобные матрасы и подушки, в целом постельное белье чистое и свежее

In the end, we are satisfied.

Pros: The location was very good, the apartment is clean and tidy, you will find everything clean, hygiene items.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit inconvenient because it was quite small, and there were ants in the kitchen as well.

Pros: El lugar es hermoso, te hace sentir que eres un verdadero romano viviendo en italia. Muy limpio y facil de acceder

Cons: La ubicación esta un poco lejos del centro pero con camion se llega a todos lados

Perfetta

Pros: Struttura situata nel caratteristico quartiere di San Lorenzo, non distante dalle principali attrattive della città e ricco di ristoranti, pub, locali caratteristici. Camere ampie e comode, pulizia eccellente e servizi assolutamente soddisfacenti. Ottima comunicazione con il gestore della struttura, assistenza a 360° gradi. Facile e intuitiva la procedura d'accesso, con il ritiro delle chiavi anche tramite cellulare. La mia prima scelta la prossima volta che verrò a Roma. Assolutamente consigliata!

Not sure about the area but nice unit

Pros: The location is slightly far from tourist area. There are 2 bedrooms, one kitchen and one bathroom. There was no sitting room. Clean. sunny. There are not too many tourists in the area. The apartment building door doesn't lock and is always open. The staircase was dirty and dark. The light switch is on the first floor. The unit is on the second floor. The elevator is not working. The unit itself is functional, clean and nice. On the first glance, the area was a bit seedy, but seemed safe enough. Close to the train station. The owner answered What'sapp messages promptly.

Pros: O apartamento estava bem limpo e tinha tudo o que foi descrito. As camas eram confortáveis também. De uma maneira geral, bom para o tempo que estivemos em Roma. Localização razoável, com transportes públicos perto.

Cons: A casa de banho era muito pequena, um dos aparelhos de ar condicionado não estava a funcionar em boas condições e estava muito calor. Foi difícil conseguir as informações para entrada no apartamento. Tivemos que perguntar várias vezes e a informação foi dada quando já estavamos em Roma.

Bella scoperta

Pros: Tutto perfetto e Lucia disponibilissima. Posto strategico per muoversi facilmente a Roma a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale e dalla metro. Consigliato
