Porta Labicana House -10 minutes from Termini Station

Pros: The apartment is located very close to the main Termini station, which is a huge benefit when traveling to and from the airport. The location is close enough to the center of Rome that we could easily walk. We spent every day sightseeing from early morning until late evening, so we only used the apartment for sleeping. The owner greeted us personally. He was very friendly and helpful, asking if we needed anything every day.

Pros: This apartment was spot on – exactly as pictured and described! Arriving late, finding everything clean and the beds already made was such a relief. Check-in couldn't have been easier thanks to Paolo's clear instructions. Speaking of Paolo, he was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind; he checked in daily to see if we needed anything at all. The location is a real winner for me in Rome. You're looking at an easy 15-minute walk to Roma Termini (handy for buses, metro, and trains), a quick 14 minutes to the Manzoni metro stop, and even the Colosseum is a pleasant 30-minute stroll away. Plus, within a 10-minute radius, you've got three supermarkets and a bunch of coffee shops and lovely restaurants. No doubt about it, this will be my go-to spot on my next trip to Rome!

Cons: For those traveling with larger luggage or in bigger groups, be aware that the elevator is quite small, fitting roughly two people or one with a small suitcase. Not at all a flaw of the apartment, but it's good to know.

Pros: I liked that it is relatively close to the Termini station, that it is quiet and safe.I also liked that the host is attentive, he gave me useful information about transport, museums and other tips.

Pros: Very well, my arrival was organized, the owner of the apartment, Paulo, met me at the door, made concessions and checked me in a little earlier. The apartment is located very close to the main train station in Rome, literally 7 minutes on foot. At night the street is very quiet and near a lot of different restaurants with a good food. The stay was as comfortable as possible; the apartment had everything you needed, including water, coffee and tea. Thanks for all.

Pros: A lovely apartment with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. I would definitely return and I will be recommending this apartment to any friends. 10 minute walk from train station. A good walk to all sights but also good transport nearby.

Pros: Bardzo miły właściciel. Był w kontakcie na Whatsapp i codziennie dopytywał, czy nie potrzebujemy czegoś. Przed wyjazdem wysłał nam szczegółowe instrukcje dotarcia do mieszkania. Mieszkanie czyste i przestronne. Z pewnością wrócimy

Pros: Polecamy serdecznie nocleg! Bardzo czysty i przestronny apartament, z dbałością o każdy szczegół. Kuchnia dobrze zaopatrzona - kawy, woda, oliwa (a nawet oliwy smakowe), przyprawy, można zrobić sobie pyszne śniadanie. Bardzo wygodne łóżko do spania, świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Lokalizacja również znakomita - w pobliżu świetna lodziarnia, sklepy i restauracje. Dziękujemy!
