La Dolce Vita - Old Testaccio Luxury Apartment

Pros: for us the location was perfect, walkable to many sights or with nice bus/train connections, love the Testaccio hood - market, many bakeries, shops, restaurants nearby, wifi works very well, bed is comfortable, apartment spacious, we felt pretty safe, we had early checkin and late checkout - much appreciated ♥️

Cons: some light curtains on the windows would be nice to keep the privacy, wine glasses would also be perfect...those are just minor things...would definitely stay again 🤗

Lovely apartment in a great location!

Pros: The apartment is so nicely done, and in a very quiet area. Perfect for easy walk to the bars and restaurants in Trastevere, and a longer but lovely walk down the river into the sights of Rome. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our stay.

Pros: The place was the perfect stay for summer holiday in Rome. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt like it was outside the usual tourist trap, it was easy to get to and from using local busses and the metro at piramid station. The local restaurants in both Testaccio and Trastevere were much better than the central places. The room was great, comfy bed, comfy couch, nice bathroom with a lovely shower, and we had the essentials in the kitchen. The air conditioning was a real life saver!

Pros: Goede locatie maar van de bus afhankelijk, te ver lopen naar het centrum. Maar Testaccio zelf is ook een gezellige wijk. Bus om de hoek. De wijk Stratesverre ook dichtbij

Cons: Je krijgt van tevoren goede uitleg hoe je het appartement binnen moet komen met foto´s e.d. Sleutelbox werkt ook goed. Televisie hebben wij niet aan kunnen krijgen. Kregen telkens de melding no signal. Misschien kan daar ook nog een goede beschrijving bij gegeven worden. 2 Wijnglazen erbij zou ook geen luxe zijn

Pros: La ubicación esta muy bien, tienes cerca varias paradas de bus para moverte fácilmente por Roma. La comunicación excelente, recibes información de utilidad

Cons: Siempre se puede mejorar, pero en general todo correcto

Pros: Ruhig gelegen im Hinterhaus eines älteren Wohngebäudekomplexes. Grosses Schlafzimmer, schönes Bad. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Einige gute Restaurants fussläufig gut zu erreichen.

Cons: Für den Preis wären übliche Badutensilien wie Shampoo etc. angebracht. Hätte mich auch über Kaffeekapseln gefreut. Umfangreiche Kommunikation für den self checkin und das Appartement. Mittlerweile eher die Regel das kein persönlicher Kontakt vor Ort besteht. Kein Nachteil, da somit Privatsphäre gewährleistet ist.

On a adoré Testaccio !

Pros: L’emplacement dans le super quartier Testaccio, dans une jolie résidence typique. On a adoré revenir dîner dans ce quartier, se balader jusqu’au marché le matin. C’est simple de rejoindre le centre à pieds (20min) ou la gare (30min max) et d’autres quartiers en bus (30min pour aller au Vatican par exemple). Matelas confortable, mobilier neuf, communication simple avec Giulio.

Cons: Globalement, c’était très bien mais il y a quelques détails qui étaient importants pour nous et qui nous ont un peu déçus en regard du prix : l’appartement est plus sombre que sur les photos, les serviettes, draps et canapé un peu tachés malgré le fait que tout semble récent, et le propriétaire n’y peut sûrement rien mais le voisin peut avoir la télé allumée très tard (un soir jusqu’à 2h à un volume vraiment fort).
