Practical flat on great location

Pros: Really good location. Close to Trastevere, easy to get to the historic centre and lots of food options in the neighborhood. Flat is basic but practical. . Super nice and helpful manager of the place

Cons: Note that it is on the ground floor so gets a bit of traffic noise

Pros: A good place to stay if you want to explore Rome's historical center. Well equipped for the basic needs and comfortable enough to feel fresh and relaxed for the exploration of this spectacular city. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond when we had a question.

Pros: Great location for the visitors that are coming back to the city for the food & mood. There were many good restaurants around and not so touristy as the other areas. Flat is spacious and comfy. It's on the first floor, you don't have to climb many stairs.

Pros: Comodidad camas y la ubicación para ir a los sitios. Tienes una parada de autobús justo en la puerta.

Cons: Que al ser 5 personas siempre teníamos el sofá cama abierto y como es cocina Office pues terminas comiendo en la cocina con la cama ahí. Pero al ser Roma comes mucho por fuera y es algo insignificante.

Pros: Muy céntrico, al lado de paradas de autobús que te llevan a monumentos principales. Puedes ir caminando a todo el casco antiguo.

Pros: nell'appartamento c'è tutto: dal Wi-Fi ai ventilatori in tutte le camere (c'è anche l'aria condizionata, che noi non abbiamo usato per religione... ;) ). bagno e cucina essenziali ma veramente comodi. il Gestore è molto gentile. Abbiamo scelto la zona perchè comoda per il nostro programma del week end, e il quaritere Testaccio (che non conoscevo) è stato una piacevole sorpresa!

Een super host, hygiëne is minder.

Pros: Een hele vriendelijke gastheer. Hij doet zijn best om het volledig naar het zin te maken! Hij heeft voor ons een plek geregeld om de spullen te laten staan toen we eigenlijk al uit het appartement moesten en heeft een taxi geregeld. Locatie is prima, iets verder van het centrum maar dat wisten we al bij het boeken. Als je goed ter been bent kun je dit makkelijk lopen. Bushalte voor de deur richting het centrum. Je bent snel in de wijk Trastevere waar je heerlijk kunt eten.

Cons: De douche in het appartement stinkt heel erg naar riool, deze geur trok niet meer weg. Op de laatste twee dagen van ons verblijf hadden we geen warm water in de douche.

Pros: Très bon emplacement. Nous avions une personne très sympathique pour nous donner les clés et les directives sur la location.

Pros: carina, comoda, ben attrezzata, posizione strategica, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, host accogliente e gentile.

Cons: Mancanza dell’aria condizionata, soprattutto per l’estate, in quanto è un piano rialzato e non si possono tenere le finestre aperte, la camera da letto è molto calda e la ventola sul soffitto inefficiente.
