Cuore di Florio Apartment

Pros: The host was very kind and helpful, she was in contact throughout the stay and was happy to help with anything. She truly made us feel welcome!

Pros: This apartment is in testaccio which has a lot of good places to go and has everyrhing you need close by. It is also quite close from trastevere which is a great area to eat. If you want to cook some meals as we did, there is a fully equiped kitchen. The owners were very friendly and fast to attend any question or solve any issue.

Cons: The description said the apartment had a dishwasher but we couldn't see it in the pictures so we asked about this. They answered that it did...but it didn't. When we told this to the owners, they inmediately offer 50% discount in the taxes and disposable plates. We just took the 50% discount and did our dishes. Although it was nice of them to try to ammend this, it still felt not enough since this was a important factor for choosing the property (btw, they already fixed this in the description so this shouldn't happen again :) ) On the other hand the kitchen was fully equiped but most of the cups were craked and the sofa was quite old. Considering that the apartment is not cheap, I think they should be more careful with the details. I am not saying they should change things every year but I would be careful of not making it look like the place where I put all the old things from my own house.

Great Apartment and Good Location

Pros: The location is very good and from the main center is just 15min bus or 30min wallk, for the price, location and the apartment; totally worth it!

Pros: The appartment is well equiped and has two bathrooms. The personnel is very nice. The bed and sofabed are comfortable. Bus stops nearby make it easy to travel to touristic locations

Nice bright apartment with a good kitchen and good WIFI

Pros: Nice bright apartment with a good kitchen and good WIFI. Kitchen well supplied. Apartment is a good size with separate air-conditioning in the living room and the bedroom. Easy walk to great places to eat or take-away, with suggestions supplied.

Cons: Apartment was on the ground floor so there was some noise from the street. The dishes weren't as clean as I'd like so I had to wash up before using them, this is possibly due to previous tenants rather than bad cleaning. I found the shower large but tricky to get a good flow of warm/hot water.

Pros: Tha apartment was spacious. There is a bus stop near by and it is a 20min walk to the Circo Maximo/Colosseum. The washing machine and air conditioning was appreciated.

Cons: The bed was firm and I prefer soft. Some of the fittings are a bit worn.

Volveremos a repetir!!

Pros: Todo!! El alojamiento está genial, nos encantó!! Está en un buen sitio, con paradas de autobuses cerca, supermercados… Está todo genial y si volvemos a Roma, volveremos a este apartamento de nuevo.

Excellent

Pros: Our host, Valeria, was so thoughtful. Her instructions really was helpful. There was an emergency kit, detergent for the washing machine. She has also prepared a guideline for the dining places. Kitchen tools were more than enough. Apartment was clean, and also had cleaning tools. Air conditioner was working perfectly. We loved the neighborhood. It was a peaceful one because it was not at the main street. It was right next to the bus stop which you can go to the Termini station and even Vatican city. There were many high quality restaurants and coffee shops nearby. There was also a tap at the nearby park which was a convenience. It was 40 minutes walking distance from the main parts of Rome. We love walking, so it was no big deal and we got to engage with the city more this way. In summary, everything was great. I would definitely choose this place the next time I visit Rome. Thank you.

Cons: Couch on the living room was was not uncomfortable but had an interesting mattress. Nothing to worry about.

Onvergetelijke ervaring in een van de mooiste wijken van Rome

Pros: Alles perfect. Van inchecken tot uitchecken in een mooi en modern appartement, compleet met alle comfort. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Zeer schoon en licht. Kenmerkende en rustige buurt voor gezinnen. Comfortabele matras en zeer ruime douche met goede druk.

Pros: המיקום מעולה! הדירה מאד נוחה. הבעלים היה אדיב מאד, לא תמיד היה זמין לענות מיד אבל כל מה ששאלנו עליו או היה צריך לתקן טופל ביעילות.
