Pros: Home owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. Location of the house is perfect for metro usage, metro station is literally right across the road. The apartment had everything we needed and more, especially kitchen was well supplied and all the ingredients left by the home owners are well appreciated. I will suggest this place to all my friends who are going to visit Rome in the future.

Cons: Most of the days water had low stream and hot water was not working time to time. We were still able to take baths, but it was the only bad experience of our stay. This may be related to building and not the apartment itself.

Pros: Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, war immer erreichbar, Zentrale Lage an der Metro, alles gut erreichbar, gute Ausstattung der Küche, perfekte Größe für vier Personen

Cons: Die Dusche wechselt ständig die Temperatur und der Wasserkocher war undicht 😅

Pros: Tökéletesen felszerelt lakás, akár hosszabb tartózkodásra is megfelel. Közel a bevásárlóközponthoz és a tömegközlekedési eszközökhöz.

Cons: Egy forgalmas főút mellett található a lakás, ami miatt éjjel-nappal hatalmas a zaj. Ez mellett ottartózkodásunkkor kezdődött a ház külső homlokzatának felújítása, állványozása. Reggelente az ütvefúró zajára ébredtünk. Bár ez nem a tulajdonos hibája, előre tervezhető volt és illett volna jeleznie, hogy erre számítsunk az ottartózkodás alatt.

La presenza del centro commerciale vicino all' appartamento è stata molto comoda. Il proprietario davvero disponibile e presente (risponde subito su WhatsApp). Istruzioni per il check in chiare e veloci.
