Pros: Great location just 5 minutes from the metro station, which makes getting around the city very easy. The place is spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The kitchen is well-equipped and fully functional, perfect if you want to cook your own meals — especially helpful when traveling with a child and you need to prepare something quickly. The host was friendly, welcoming, and always available to answer any questions. I definitely recommend this accommodation!

Pros: It’s a very beautiful location, equipped with all you need. Very good location near Vatican in a foot walk, big shopping centre with decent grocery store and a metro within a minute walk. What I also want to mention is an extremely friendly and helpful staff who were always in touch if had any question and they DID help us always at any time! Me and my friends are highly recommending this place to stay and if we return to Rome - without hesitation we will stay here!

Pros: The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Good location, with train and metro station a few minutes away. There is also a mall nearby with all necessary stores. Comfortable bed, AC in both rooms and a cozy balcony.

było bardzo fajnie
Pros: świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko centrum ( 15 min piechota do Watykanu ) i 100 m od stacji metra a później 2 stacje do Watykanu. MIeszkanie jest bardzo ciche i z gustem urządzone.
Cons: przydałby sie nawet niewielki stół w salonie.

Pros: L'appartamento è bello comodo per 3 persone, la zona non è rumorosa e non si sentivano rumori molesti dei vicini di casa si trova a circa 200 mt dalla fermata della metro; un quarto d'ora circa dal vaticano a piedi, pulito, c'è tutto il necessario per preparare qualcosa da mangiare, la lavasciuga lavastoviglie,la doccia è bella comoda e l'acqua era bollente, l'unica cosa che mancava era una piccola moka per il caffè perchè nel bollitore c'era troppa calcarea dell'acqua. Se torno a Roma alloggerei ancora qua, io lo consiglio .

Estancia en Valle Aurelia
Pros: La ubicación frente a la estación del metro Valle Aurelia y del tren, cerca de un Centro Comercial , (supermercado, tiendas de ropa, librerías, etc.) paradas de autobús. La casa cuenta con todos los servicios básicos (refrigerador, lavadora/secadora, microondas). Nos recibieron y orientaron en español.

Pros: La ubicación, a pesar de estar relativamente lejos del centro, estaba cerca de la parada de metro y autobús.
Cons: El ruido, se escuchaba todo del piso de al lado, incluso del baño. Tuvimos que ponernos en contacto con el propietario por los ruidos de los vecinos (era otro piso de alquiler turístico). La parte positiva es que lo solucionó.

Fantastisch.
Pros: Alles. Zeer modern appartement met alle gemakken voorzien. 2x smart tv’s( 1x woonkamer 1x bed)zodat het heel makkelijk is om met je smartphone te streamen. Koelkast magnetron vaatwasser oven inductieplaat waterkoker goede badkamer met heerlijke warme stortdoche. 1x airco in woonkamer en 1x airco in slaapkamer! Groot bed voldoende kastruimte. Top gewoon. Dichtbij de metro. 5 minuten wandelen! Het is dan heel makkelijk om alle hoogtepunten in Rome te bezoeken.
Cons: Geen koffiezetapparaat wel zo’ n Italiaanse koffie apparaat die je dan moet opwarmen op de inductie plaat. Maar om de hoek is een caffeterie met heerlijke cappuccino en croissants!

Мінуси терпимі. При нагоді ще раз відвідуємо ці апарти.
Pros: Розташування біля метро. Наявність паркомісця поруч( легко знайти паркомісце біля будинку, та поруч парковка з охороною за 25€ на добу, також ваша маленька машина зможе стояти у гаражі, який пропонується). Поруч супермаркет, де можна купити їжу, завітати у кавʼярню та зробити невеликий шопінг. До Ватикану 20 хв пішки.
Cons: Якщо поруч у апартаментах також живут та гості шумні( як було у нас) , може заважати відпочивати. У душі постійно змінюється температура води. У Римі з крана тече достатньо холодна вода , навіть у літку, тому гаряча вода у бойлері дуже швидко розбавляється та стає холодною.
