Pros: Accommodation was perfect, clean, everything we needed for 5 days in Rome. Communication from owners was prompt. Great location, restaurants, markets, cafe’s, away from the touristy areas of Rome.

Cons: Nothing- everything was great

Pros: Ideal location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all touristic spots. (walking or public transports) Beautiful art decorating the studio. Our host left us a nice welcome gift and the breakfast provided was generous. Apartment very clean and equipped with everything you need.

Good value for money. Great time in Rome.

Pros: It was very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and good shower. Easy check in. Host was lovely and always on hand to message if we needed anything. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome. Thankyou for the lovely touch of wine and Easter eggs on arrival.

Pros: Testaccio Artistic Home is wonderful. The house is impeccable, located in a great neighborhood, where you can feel how it is to live in rome, with everything you need within walking distance and some of the best food you will find in rome. It is also close to all the main attractions. If you like to walk it is 20-30 minutes to everywhere, but there is also public transportations at your door that connect you to all the attractions in a simple and quick way. The house itself is beautiful with great details that give it a special charm. We where a family of 4 and it was perfect for us. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Pros: This is a lovely apartment in a quiet part of city center. The apartment is beutifuly furnished and so clean with all the amanities . The owner left a christmas gift for us and the kids 😀 The experience was 10/10. Guido hope to come back soon 😀

Great place as a base to explore new areas and see what the locals do everyday

Pros: Everything you need in an apartment for a nice stay in Rome. Convenient and close to everything. No parking in Rome to speak of so an hour walk to the train station or take a 20 min cab ride. 30 minute walk to the Coloseum and many other great areas

Pros: Appartement en très bon état, coquet et confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Résidence calme et bien entretenue. Propriétaire attentionnée et à l'écoute, qui nous avait préparé un petit panier de douceurs sucrées et salées, une bouteille de vin et une bière pour bien commencer la journée et pour les petits déjeuners. Cafetière expresso et dosettes mises à disposition. C'est vraiment un plus par rapport à d'autres locations. Arrêts de bus tout à côté. Très facile d'arriver depuis l'aéroport et très facile de visiter la ville avec les transports en commun. Quartier du Testaccio bien situé, calme avec tous les commerces utiles. Photos conformes.

Cons: RAS. Le freezer du réfrigérateur a juste besoin d'être dégivré.

Pros: Casa accogliente, curata e fornita di tutto il necessario. Comodissima in ogni aspetto: dalla posizione, in un quartiere tipico e tranquillo di Roma a due passi dal Colosseo, alla presenza dell’ascensore che rende tutto ancora più pratico. Perfetta per godersi la città in totale comfort — semplicemente fantastico!

Como en casa…

Pros: Muy acogedor, pensaron en todo para estar cómodas unos días en Roma. Lavadora y todo para tender la ropa, lo que se agradece en un eurotrip de varias semanas. Muy limpio, cama cómoda y baño excelente con ventana y ducha con buena presión.
