Great location in Roma

Pros: Fantastic location, close enough to the centre but far enough away to not feel touristy

Cons: There were only 3 dining chairs for the four of us.

A well-placed area and a kind staff member made for a comfortable stay!

Pros: Was very well placed, just a quick walk to Trastevere. Looks exactly like the pictures. Staff (Gabriel) was very kind and gave us a brief tour of the place.

Cons: It was quite noisy outside at night at times, but nothing too extreme. The bidet, which we never used, gave the bathroom a bit of a smell.

Pros: Just like on the pictures. Clean, comfortable, well equipped. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is optimal. You can stand out on the two small terraces. The owner is attentive, helpful. Very good location, we were able to walk around the city.

Cons: Eine Klimaanlage (von 3) hat nicht funktioniert - aber das war nicht so schlimm, weil 2 gingen. Waschmaschine braucht Reinigung. Sonst super!

Um lugar confortável para ficar!

Pros: O ambiente entrega tudo que promete. A máquina de lavar, lava e não seca, mas com o verão, deu tudo certo. Elevador. Ar condicionado em 3 ambientes(orientados a ligar apenas 2 por vez, por conta da instalação elétrica), cápsulas de café, secador de cabelos, ferro de passar, louças e utensílios para fazer muita comida. Sem microondas, mas tem forno elétrico e chaleira elétrica. Não senti falta de nada.

Cons: Fica um pouco longe das principais atrações da cidade, fim de dia acabávamos sempre voltando de Uber para casa. Mas há muitos lugares para comer por perto.

Estancia perfecta cerca del centro de Roma

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de Roma y tener una noche tranquila. La comunicación desde el primer momento fue muy buena, Gabriel nos esperó para darnos las llaves y las indicaciones del piso y del barrio. El piso muy limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario para una visita a Roma. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Cons: No tiene una cafetera italiana😱, aunque tiene cafetera de cápsulas.
