Antinori Testaccio Cozy Apartment

Great stay, perfect location. Area was more locals than tourists.

Pros: Good location, less touristy but very accessible to the popular areas and the tourist sights.

Pros: Clean, open spaces, and we felt right at home. Better than expected

Pros: Excellent apartment, with a lot of little details about Rome that are very carefully picked. Location was perfect, 10-15 min walking distance from Circus Maximus, Colosseum, and Trastevere district.

Pros: A very nice apartment in a quiet area of Rome but close to the majority of attractions. We enjoyed the local authentic vibe of Romans. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Pros: Huge apartment with two bathrooms; excellent quiet location in non-touristic area of Rome; clothes washing machine; close to best thin crust pizza vs in Rome; excellent local market.

Lovely apartment in Rome

Pros: Beautiful spacious apartment at a great location. Walkable distance to lots of bars and restaurants, as well as public transport.

Peaceful and comfy bolt-hole

Pros: Cosy peaceful retreat after a day pounding the streets of Rome. All the required facilities, lovely comfy sofas and bed. Gas stove was great to cook on, hot water for showers plentiful. Superb restaurant right downstairs. Air con was perfect.

Cons: Couldn’t find a corkscrew was our only problem.

Pros: Apartment was well furnished, clean and very modern. It has two toilets which is great. Super close to the bus station and restaurants and relatively close to the attractions. Host was very friendly, helpful and kind. Overall very happy with the apartment!!!

Pros: 施設にチェックインする前から、ホストのCarloサポートは丁寧で、チェックアウトするまで施設や設備に関してきめ細やかに対応してくれました。 本当に助かり、滞在中快適に過ごすことができました。 まず、短期の宿泊先としては、この点は大きな評価ポイントです。 施設は、ロケーションは（希望していた地域なので言うまでもありませんが）地域の環境や交通のアクセスも含め最高でしたし、建物全体の環境や部屋の居心地、また、キッチン、風呂、トイレに至るまで心地よく利用できました。 この宿泊先のロケーションに関しては、下町がお好きな方であれば、地域の飲食店、スーパーマーケットなど、昔からの本当のローマという町の良さを満喫できると思います。 とにかく、滞在中は日常生活を忘れて、ゆったりと過ごすことができました。 Carloありがとうございました。

Cons: 現代の生活を便利にするためにはどうしても多くの電力を消費することになりますが、少々、電力の供給量が現代の生活をするには少なめかと感じました。 恐らく、古き良き地域の建物そのものの事情もあるかとは思いました。 この辺が将来改良されれば、家電などの設備も便利なもの（電子レンジなど）を追加するなどの向上が図られるのかもしれません。
