Our stay was enjoyable, clean and accomodating for what we needed.
Pros: The accomodation was clean and the owner was very good at responding to any questions or issues there was. The check in instructions were also extremely easy and clear to follow.
Cons: The location was a bit far from some things we wanted to do. We had no issues with this but if anyone was to stay here they would just need to know a bit of walking or use of transport would be required when staying in this place if you want to get to some of the main sights.

Best value for money accomodation in a vibrant part of testaccio.
Pros: Nice interiors, the location, good value for money. around 800 euros including city tax is almost impossible to find in a well connected area like testaccio. Easy check in - out.very practical, Comfortable sleeping facilities for a family of 5. Loads of places to eat around- Trappizino, pizzerias, testaccio market , list goes on.Sufficient bedding linen etc. A washing machine, electric drying rack in the bathroom, clothes drying rack, hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, iron, hair dryer. Aircon in both rooms. Hassle free owners. If you are interested in lovely home cooked style food try 'Alari Roma' a 13 min walk across the Tiber.
Cons: Not that we didnt like, but you must know that the house is half a floor down. We were a family of 5 and first few days of our trip it was raining so had kids laundry to dry, which took a while. In hindsight we should have used a laundrette. A bialetti / moka pot would have been great ! but with a cafe 2 min walk away and the famous Pasticceria Linari a min further, one cant really complain.

Comfortable stay in a nice apartment
Pros: It’s a nice charming apartment, located basically in the basement, but it’s so good, you still have windows to let the light in, but you are saved from a terrible summer heat of Rome. The ceiling Is made of bricks like in ancient buildings, it’s really cool there. Also, it’s clean, you have shower accessories, air-conditioning, but we didn’t even use it, it was pleasant without it. Just few steps away you have food stores, and bus stops and tram stops and very near - in all directions. Some nice restaurants are also close. We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The apartment was modern and worked well for our family of four. Wifi worked well and there was air con in both rooms. The Testacchio neighborhood was great. The apartment was about a five min walk to bus and tram stops and a ten to fifteen walk from the Metro station.
Cons: The shower drain was slow to drain.

Pros: Lo que mas me gustó fue la zona donde está el departamento. Muy cerca del Coliseo. El departamento es muy grande y tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía en Roma.
Cons: Todo estuvo muy bien.
