ESE luxury spa suites - Private Jacuzzi Rooms Near Termini

Pros: Everything is as presented and even better, location is walking distance to all the popular visiting locations in Rome The owner is very communicative and helpful with everything, they have made a very cozy and romantic apartments for couples, definitely will come again if I ever return to rome

Pros: Location was excellent. Close to metro, buses and trains

Would stay here again but better communication would be appreciated

Pros: The location was convenient for the train and close walking distance to many tourist attractions. Having a spa in the room was great.

Cons: The digital keys proved difficult at times due to lack of WiFi signal. I also didn’t like that we were asked to pay additional funds for a cleaner during our stay. We declined cleaning services during our time as we did not want the cleaner to be working without pay but do not feel this should be an additional expense, especially without prior consultation or advice in the listing.

Pros: Perfect location in front of the train station, and well located, I was able to walk everywhere, the place is just like the photo, very beautiful, clean and comfortable and great price, I was given all the information via WhatsApp, very attentive and always willing to help, my husband and I loved the place and will be back soon. Thank you.

incredible stay, couldn’t recommend more!

Pros: my stay at ese was exceptional! the room was incredibly spacious, very clean and modern with a huge tv, hot tub, lovely bathroom, mini fridge, the bed was super comfy and the coloured lights were a nice touch. it was also very quiet at night which was lovely! access was simple and we felt very secure. the host was amazing! super helpful and answered any questions we had very quickly and had great recommendations! i would 100% stay here again and definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in rome. its about 20 minute walk into the centre of the city and 1 minute away from the station making it very accessible and well located! i am so impressed with my stay!

A hidden gem in the heart of Rome

Pros: Everything was provided for us and everything was cleaned everyday so it made returning to the room after a long day very nice. Also very central to the train station which made getting around extremely easy!

Pros: Everything was perfect, we got a coach from the airport with Terravision to the termini which stops right outside the ESE suites Everywhere is within a nice walking distance. The room was spotless and beautiful! Bars and restaurant all around. Ulli the owner was on hand for any queries and a real pleasure to talk to! Cant wait to come back again to the ESE suites!

Pros: C’était parfait...La chambre, le bain à remous, la petite attention la 2e nuit. L’emplacement est très bien situé proche des bus, métro..

Cons: Quand on utilise le bain à remous il y a de l’humidité et il n’est pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre, et le carrelage est très glissant. J'ai glissé 2 fois et j'aurais pu me faire très mal.

Pros: Das Zimmer ist einfach perfekt, Whirlpool fantastisch und die Lage super, um immer gut angebunden zu sein.
