Pros: The location, right across the street from Termini.Very friendly and attentive staff, especially Aman Ullah. Clean. Good value for money. Hot water all day around ,with high pressure.

Cons: Old building, old bathroom but clean. The AC didn' t work properly. No 24hr reception.

Perfect location, Affordable price in Rome

Pros: The location is perfect just 30 min walking to the touristic places. Aman was very attentive since you arrived till we left. It's a basic but confortable place. We had clean towels during our visit. It's perfect if you are knowing Rome and want a close place to get to rest at night.

Cons: I would recommend a better standard cleaning, specially in the shower and the kitchen.

Pleasant Experience

Pros: The location was perfect for an early bus to the airport in the morning. The staff was very responsive on Whatsapp and was the first to reach out to us. He was extremely accommodating to let us drop our bags into the room early before the room was ready. We were able to check in and get the keys then so that we did not have to return later that afternoon and could enjoy our last day around Rome. When we got to the room that evening, it was extremely clean to a very good standard. The shower was hot and the bed was very comfortable and we had a quiet room off the courtyard so that was a lovely surprise.

Cons: The room is basic for the price and we weren't able to take advantage of the breakfast as we checked out at 4am, but overall it ticked the boxes for us with convenient location, cleanliness, quiet and comfortable.

Great for the price!

Pros: It was quite basic but that's what you expect for the price (for Rome) - with that in mind, we thought it was lovely. Comfy bed, great location, very helpful staff who let us keep our bags after we checked out.

A very enjoyable stay in a clean, well-located accommodation with exceptional hospitality.

Pros: The accommodation is very well located, right across from Roma Termini and Mercato Centrale, making it very convenient for getting around and grabbing a bite to eat. The room was clean and comfortable, and Aman's welcome was warm, attentive, and very helpful. We are very grateful to Aman for making our stay so pleasant. The Mercato Centrale and the nearby restaurants/cafes are very convenient. The location is perfect for exploring Rome.

Pleasant and great base to rest our tired heads at night.

Pros: Aman was there to welcome us and assist with our luggage. Was a comfortable stay, close to station and surrounding restaurants. Beautifully airconditioned room on arrival. Beds wear comfortable. Thank you Aman.

Cons: There was still some outside noise but tolerable. If you want complete silent take ear plugs.
