Great stay and great host.

Pros: The location is great, accross the central station. The host is amazing and super responsive. He also gave us some tips to get around, he answered quick to our requests and very helpful.

Cons: The room is a quite enclosed, and it can be a little bit too suffocating during the night if the window is closed. Perhaps during the warmer nights is better.

Pros: Amazing place,location 10/10.Definitely a stay.

Cons: We only had coffee for 1 morning.Perhaps a capsule for every morning.

Pros: Marco was an excellent and very attentive host, always responsive and providing clear, detailed instructions. The room is comfortable, located in a pleasant apartment, and perfectly situated next to Termini Station.

Cons: While the antique elevator has its own charm and character, it was a bit inconvenient when traveling with luggage, particularly due to the manual opening and closing.

It was a very short stay but it would be such an excellent place to stay for a city break.

Pros: It was such a generous space. It was spotlessly clean. There was tea and coffee available in the room. The bed was so comfortable and we both slept very well. Next morning when we looked out the bedroom window we saw Termini Station right across the road! Can’t get better than that!!! When we arrived from Dublin late the night before we took a somewhat circuitous route, but it was still very close. I would definitely want to stay in Affittacamere Casalí next time I’m in Rome.

Comfortable and convenient.

Pros: Super convenient as just a few minutes walk from Termini station. The room is on the fifth floor and has a cool lift to take you up and down. The room is spacious, the bed is big and comfortable, the shower pressure is great, and the AC works well. The place was spotless clean, including the communal kitchen and which was convenient to fill up water bottles. The host was very communicative and check-in was seamless.

Cons: The smell of the bins when you first walk into the block can be strong, but you walk straight past it.

Pros: Easy check in, exceptional communication and amazing location

Pros: Very convenient to Roma Termini station. Quiet bedroom in shared facility. Well appointed and clean. Good bed

Very nice room and location great for getting train and underground to sights

Pros: Location to the train station was great, very clean, lift was great as it’s on 5th floor, but lift is a very old lift 🤣 but all part of old Italy

Cons: Nothing only could do with a few more coffee pods in the room and milk in the kitchen for tea.

Perfectly little hotel close to the station

Pros: The property was perfectly located close to the train station and bus ranks, and not too far from all the major sites in Rome. Beds were comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was immaculate.

Cons: The lift didn’t go to the fifth floor. But that was a minor inconvenience as you can walk from the fourth to the fifth very easily.

Very pleasant

Pros: Very friendly and helpful owner. Good location (but me mindful of rats on the way back in the night). Very comfy and big bed. Good air-conditioning. Big room. Nice and quiet.

Cons: Unfortunately no iron available. The little fridge in the room was very loud, so had to switch off for the night. Would prefer more shower gel/shampoo.
