Perfect 10/10 location within walking distance to all major sights, in a truly authentic Italian apartment with frie

Pros: The best part of this place is definitely the location – 10/10. Everything is within walking distance: all the main and important sights of Rome are just a short walk away, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself is very authentic and typically Italian, which made the whole stay feel even more special and local. Communication with the staff was easy and pleasant from the very beginning. Daniele welcomed us warmly and shared everything we needed to know for our stay in Rome, from practical information to helpful local tips. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience Rome in the best way possible!

Great location but poor state

Pros: Incredibly well located place. We got everywhere walking. There is a place where you can buy breakfast, 20 meters from the apartment and a few great restaurants within 100 meters. Cute balcony. Very easy check in and check out process.

Cons: One of the bathrooms gets clogged all the time. You have to contact the host every few days and then fixing it takes some time. We ended up using only one of the bathrooms most of the time. The apartment had torn bedsheets and a few other things that did not work. It is rather torn. Oh the other hand, it is an old building so you might expect that. The cleaning could be better. We had some items left in the fridge from the previous guests and the shower floor felt rather... sticky. The process of discarding the rubbish at the ed of our stay was stressful as the instructions were not clear.

Незабутні, прекрасні римські канікули

Pros: Чудове розташування, 20 з 10. Зручна квартира з усім необхідним для короткого проживання великої родини. Затишний мальовничий великий балкон.

Cons: Холодильник потребує майстра. Процес викидання сміття непростий - баки досить далеко розташовані і відсутні по неділях , хоча про це немає попередження.

Pros: Очень удобное расположение в районе Пантеона! Просторная квартира с небольшой трассой. Уютный интерьер. Рядом много замечательных и вкусных ресторанчиков и милых магазинчиков

Cons: За исключением не очень хорошего набора воды в душе, все было замечательным. Я думаю это связано с забитой лейкой, поэтому эта проблема решается очень быстро 🙌🏻😊
