Great location, clean and cosy apartment, noisy at night.

Pros: The location is excellent, about half an hour walk from the most famous sights. There are many great cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and the beds very comfy.

Cons: It’s a very busy and noisy neighborhood at night. If you’re a light sleeper, earplugs are a must.

Pros: Great, kind host with excellent communication. Amazing location. Comfortable beds, very clean throughout, very effective air conditioning and a good property size. We were very happy with the property overall.

Cons: Only issue was the lack of a proper toilet roll holder or towel rails in the bathroom.

Pros: everything is like in the photos, they provided towels and some toiletries, owners are very nice and caring, the view from the window was beautiful and the location is really convenient, you can walk to every monument

Cons: it gets a bit loud in the mornings outside (cleaning streets and garbage truck) so if you’re a light sleeper it can be annoying

A pleasant stay in the heart of Rome, close to all the main sights

Pros: Great location and friendly host! We liked all the nice shops on the same streets and cafes for breakfast. The neighbors were quiet and the property was clean. We got some nice tips about places to eat and things to do.

Cons: It can get a bit noisy early in the morning when they collect the garbage, but I think this problem is everywhere in the center. Another inconvenience was separating the trash—there are five or six containers, and you have to take out the trash after you leave. But it was in the same building, so it was fine. They provided the bags for the trash but some were missing, so we had to get them in the supermarket (we didn't message the host to ask about it, but you can certainly do that).

Pros: Location - 10/10. Apartment had all the facilities, even il colapasta! Christina, the woman who let us in was very kind, helpful, answered all our questions, gave advices. Last day let us stay a little bit longer, because our flight was in the evening! Only one negative aspect - shower doors were damaged so it was hard to open and close them, but we forgot that because of all positive aspects, so resume - 10/10!

Pros: Great location, big apartment, clean and convenient. We had 5 people traveling so being able to sit in the kitchen in the morning when people are asleep was a great bonus.

Cons: One more set of keys would have been great. For 5 people 2 sets are ok but often someone wants to go somewhere alone and then one more set of keys would be convenient.

Rome is amazing and the accommodation met expectations.

Pros: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! I did a lot of research into the best locations to stay for safety and access to the major tourist spots. This property was perfectly located within 20min or less by foot to all the major attractions (colosseum, pantheon, trevi fountain, Spanish steps, premium shopping area). Walking around at night felt perfectly safe. It was also surrounded by good cafes, restaurants and a grocery/liquor store a short walk away.

Cons: Bit noisy at night but that’s typical throughout Rome. It’s a very busy city! Access is via stairs but it’s only a single flight. The building had a gas leak within the street connection so we ended up being moved to another one of their locations for the last two nights. Was just unlucky and no one’s fault. Staff helped carry our things to new location which was great.

Lovely stay, feels like home!

Pros: Excellent two bedroom apartment in the most outstanding location in Rome.

Cons: We requested the internet be upgraded for the bedroom and bam! Done and quick as lightening.

Pros: Location is great and owner she is nice to help any time .

Pros: The location. Close to The Vatican and many must see places. The little restaurant on the corner is delicious!
