Beautiful apartment in a great location, very quiet, very clean

Pros: Perfectly located, very charming, lots of good restaurant’s around!

Cons: Shower would randomly change temperature to freezing cold..

A clean, comfortable apartment in a perfectly central yet peaceful location.

Pros: The location was ideal – right in the centre but pleasantly quiet, making it easy to get around while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.

Cons: I found it a bit tricky to disassemble and put away the couch bed, which could be made a little easier.

Other than the air-conditioning unit issue, perfect.

Pros: Perfect location for someone who wants to visit the city. Quiet location with few neighbours makes you feel safe. Inside the apartment you can find all the necessities.

Cons: The air-conditioning unit in the living room (which served as extra bedroom) even though installed, didnt work. In hot summer weather it is a must. Owner said that they are in the process of making the unit operable by adding the compressor part. Make sure whether this is done, before booking.

A beautiful and comfortable apartment in the historic center

Pros: The location was superb, and the building itself was very quiet. The windows face the interior courtyard, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere. There’s also a handy kitchenette where you can make tea, coffee, or even cook some pasta 😀. Communication with the host was excellent after the booking was completed, especially when it came to sending the necessary documents (such as the entry card, etc.). The host was also very responsive and helpful when I had trouble locating the flat in the building—I got a bit lost!

Cons: The sofa bed is fine for a few nights, but since the apartment can accommodate up to four people, it might be worth upgrading to a more comfortable model. Also, there are a few steps inside the flat, so elderly guests should be cautious to avoid tripping.

Pros: Ideal location!!! Specious and pretty apartment. Very efficient communication with the administrators. Good choice.

Pros: Excellent location and great for sharing as the toilet is accessed through a little hallway. Beautiful decor. Loads of shops, cafes and restaurants at your doorstep.

Very cosy appartment with extraordinary position, quiet and welcoming.

Pros: The position of the property is extraordinary. You are few minutes walking to every Rome attraction. The street is also very quiet. Take into account that you have one bed room and one living room. This could be perfect for 2 couples or a family with kids.

Cons: This could not be generalised but in one day when we weren’t at the apartment someone entered into the apartment. Seems that cleaning guys did this by accident and I wasn’t informed about this. I am leaving this fact here only for the owner to choose carefully people in the team.
