Perfect Roman Apartment
Pros: Everything. Spotlessly clean, cosy, so many thoughtful touches in the bathroom supplies, the kitchen and bedroom. This felt like a home the moment I arrived. Breakfast things, tea and coffee, even water and beer in the fridge, and the best range of bathroom products I have ever seen, literally anything you need, even sanitary products for women. So thoughtful. Roomy and airy, warm and cool as needed. Big comfy bed, interesting library! Cafes and shops on the street below, groceries nearby, you are in the very centre of old Rome. Castle d'Angelo and the Tiber only metres away. Markets and squares minutes away. Best Roman stay ever.
Cons: My knees aren't so good at stairs anymore but that's my problem! Beautiful but steep narrow marble stairs are part of the charm. The biggest thing I didn't like was having to leave this perfect apartment.

Pros: Great location, well-equipped and very clean apartment. Fairly quiet (we only heard a small amount of noise from inside the building and from a nearby unit that had their window open) and near a nice affordable restaurant (Alfredo e Ada). Friendly host who let us leave our suitcases until 1:30pm which was very helpful.

Outstanding location, value for money with a lovely, helpful host! Perfect. Will definitely visit and stay there again.
Pros: It was clean, functional, had everything you needed and the property was located perfectly in the centre of all the wonderful sights. There were amazing restaurants, walks, facilities on your doorstep.
Cons: Nothing, it was amazing. It might be difficult for someone with a walking disability because it is on a 3rd floor up some tight steep steps and there is no lift.

We highly recommend the apartment and would stay agin if in Rome.
Pros: The location was amazing. We could walk to most sites in Rome, and lots of great shops and restaurants near by. The host Antonella was very kind and generous and allowed us to leave luggage as we had a late flight.
Cons: We liked everything but the 3 flights of stairs could be problematic for some people. Worked off the pasta though.

Home from home in Rome
Pros: Lovely, large sitting room, comfortable bed and good shower. Great location, including nice restaurant just around the corner. Couldn't hear the city. Lots of homely touches, like books, toiletries, maps.
Cons: Three flights of stairs was tough after hours on your feet. Had a lot of noise from neighbours, fridge and a drip from hallway when it rained.

Pros: The lovely Antonella was waiting for us with the keys and gave us a tour of the apartment, which was spacious and fantastically located. She had even provided coffee and milk for us! The apartment is three floors up with windows that open to a tiny inner court, which meant we could have fresh air without street noise. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: No negatives.
