Lovely clean well equipped property in excellent location.

Pros: The positives about the property: It was spacious and very clean (which is a high priority for me), everything in the property was in great working order, the bath towels were lovely and fresh, the host was always very responsive, the location was excellent and surprisingly quiet inside when outside was so busy. The WiFi inside the property worked great.

Cons: The negatives: We had some difficulties getting the app to work in order to open the outside and inside door to the property. This happened a number of times throughout our stay but the host was always immediately responsive and helpful!

Pros: The apartment was nice. Check-in was not the easiest and took a long time to sort out as bad wi-fi. A phone could would have sorted it out in minutes but they preferred messages. Finally we got someone to call us after calling 3 different numbers. It would have been nice to have a least 1 bottle of cold water in the fridge on arrival. The washing machine was locked shut and not so convenient if you’re staying over 7 days. They were however helpful after help and always friendly if you needed their help. It was a lovely apartment with everything outside in walkable distance.

City Break in Rome

Pros: it was all good, position, staff, design and comfort. I will be back when I am in Rome! The area is full of good restaurants and close to everything
