Very nice place

Pros: A very nice room. Clean and quiet. The room has a private bathroom, a kettle, a fridge, a TV, and air conditioning. The hosts are very kind and helpful in every way. There is also a restaurant Barbablu in the neighbourhood with a great atmosphere, serving the best Italian pasta and pizza in the area. Highly recommended.

Worth staying there as a good location and owner was really nice as well

Pros: Nice location, not too far walk from the main station in Rome, also close to bus routes. Also had an old style elevator so convenient to go up and down or can take stairs. Good thing was our flight was in evening so the person let us check out till late which was really nice of them

Cons: Not any issues, only thing is some times the water was cold some hours

Pros: We had great time in Rome and this hotel was the first reason for this.room was super clean, worm comfortable and in very convenient area as train metro and restaurants was very close. Owners were very friendly and helpful! Highly recommended

Pros: The property is accessible to all more importantly the Rome Terminal station. Lots of restaurants and shops.

Cons: The room’s fan is quite noisy and although there’s fan in the connecting room, the air-conditioning was not working.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable!

Pros: The location is perfect to explore Rome (both by public transport and by foot), and to go out for food at any time of the day. It's also surprisingly quiet considering how central it is. Staff were very kind to us and got us a bigger room because the original one couldn't fit us comfortably, as well as letting us check in earlier when the room was ready. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this property! From the very beginning, Andrea and Elena were incredibly warm and welcoming, always staying in touch and making sure we had everything we needed. we really felt like guests, not just visitors . Also there was theirs own restaurant nearby called Barbablu with delicious dishes. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a personal and heartfelt stay! Thank you!
