Good Experience, great team, very sweet and helpful afternoon receptionist

Pros: This hotel is really beautiful is an old building where you can see they have tried to preserve all this old beauty. Location near to Termini , great staff , breakfast impeccable.

Cons: I am 1.80m high and could not fit right in the shower or neither sitting right in the toilet , really tiny bathroom I was on my own and sure they attribute me one of the smallest room (fair enough), Ive worked myself in a hotel, it was ok because I stayed 3 days . If my stayed would have been longer I would have request to change room.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: Pretty close to the centre, you can have a nice walk, close to restaurants, caffees etc. The stuff really friendly and helpfull with everything. I recommend it!

Pros: Michael at reception, he welcomed us and gave us excellent guide tips for travelling around Rome City centre. The location here is excellent, the breakfast was perfect and the lovely ladies that hosted us for breakfast. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: Staff was very nice, very helpful and friendly. I loved the breakfast selection there were so many options and so delicious. Big shopping centre and lots of food options nearby and close to some tourist attractions we could walk to the colosseum Borghese garden

Cons: I did think the spa bath would have been bigger instead of a normal bath with jacuzzi functions but it was still nice and relaxing just didn’t expect a normal sized bath

Friendly hotel in central Rome

Pros: We were welcomed by the wonderful Mica who Helpfully highlighted a few walking tours on the city map for our 3 night stay. Very helpful indeed. The hotel is near the main train station, bus station and metro and is 20-30 minutes from the centre. The contemporary hotel was clean and, the bedroom comfortable with a large bathroom and powerful shower. We had a large patio. Breakfast was good with hot food, continental and cake!!! A good start for the breathtaking tour of Rome.

Pros: Great location to walk to the termini, and we felt safe walking back from Centro Storico at night. Customer service was great; the front desk receptionists were helpful, thorough, and welcoming. Our rooms were tidied up well.

Comfy and fine

Pros: Location great but you must use google maps makes everything so easy Breakfast wonderful with lovely staff always welcoming and efficient. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine was so good - loved it every morning. Such a nice start to the day. Kids adored the fresh pancakes with maple syrup. Really delicious. Some more fresh fruit would’ve been nice but nevertheless all was good. Rooms very clean and kept ready for when you arrived home every evening. Was relaxing. Staff helped us planning journeys - was great Would be happy to stay again next year.
