Raeli Hotel Lux

Ended up my Italy trip in one of the best places to stay.

Pros: They offered me to pack breakfast because I checked out at 3 am.

Cons: Nothing grew for a one day stay value for money and clean at a good spot in the city

Pros: A room was clean, really good breakfast. Location superb. Really nice stuff.

Cons: We had a situation with water from a cealing but the staff solved it quickly. Furniture is old but everything is functional.

Pros: +Great location! It's within 10 min walk to TERMINI Railway station, but in a nice and safe area. +The hotel is located opposite an Embassy, which has a permanent guard post. +24 h reception as you can do late night check-ins easily +Working elevator +Room was equipped with the AC +A grand massive mable staircase and a chandellier that transports you to Dolce Vita Opulence Era

Cons: -A welcome bottle of water would have been nice. -There is no iron available at the hotel.

Well presented hotel..Would stay here again.

Pros: The room was large, the breakfast was exceptional. All you needed in a continental breakfast. Well done Also I left my bag in the room upon checking out! when I went back to the room the cleaner was telephoning reception to let them know this. Well done! Left her a nice tip.

Cons: The English teabags ran out when I asked for some, I didn't understand the lady but I got that there were no more, so I went to reception who gladly gave me some...

A very pleasant stay

Pros: Room cleaned daily. All staff very helpful. Fridge in room was a bonus. Location was fine.

Cons: More electric sockets would have been useful

Pros: The staff were very friendly, the room was not too hot, very clean, good bathroom

Cons: More charging ports (only one next to bed)

Pros: Staff were very helpful. I needed to drop luggage off early and was able to check in early and my luggage was stored the next day after I checked out. It looks very grand.

Cons: No kettle to make a hot drink in the room. Reception staff did give a cup of hot water to make my own. Very little information in the room, only fire escape notice. I had to go to reception to find breakfast times and to the lift for the WiFi code. No hot water in the shower. The decor needs refreshing.

Fantastic quiet location and staff went out of their way

Pros: More space to hang up towels and beside lamps would be a nice addition.

Cons: Urn water in lobby was never boiling

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, good location. I recommend this hotel.

Enjoyable stay in Rome.

Pros: Clean,helpful staff on reception and closeness to railway station.

Cons: Lacked tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.
