Nice clean comfortable place within easy walk of Metro and good reataurants

Pros: Good location 3 minutes walk from Metro, spotlessly clean, comfortable, ideal for single traveller for a two or three nights. Particularly liked fridge and electric kettle! Lots of reasonably-priced restaurants within easy reach.

Cons: no drawer space, old fashioned lift (hotel was on 5th floor) not always available due to ignorance, selfishness or rank stupidity of other hotels' customers inability to read instructions properly and ensure lift available for all

Pros: Exceptionally clean, great location would recommend

Cons: Could do with a couple of mugs so you could have a hot drink, the hotel provided a kettle but plastic disposable cups not suitable for hot drink,

A lovely long weekend

Pros: The hotel is a little quirky. On the 5th floor behind an nondescript façade and reached by a lift that is straight out of a 30's Agatha Christie novel, the reception is bright and elegant and the room large and comfortable. The staff were helpful and accommodating. A simple breakfast was provided at a small café nearby, whose staff, in turn, were also very friendly. It was well positioned for the Metro ( about 500 metres away) which linked us to all the essential tourist sites at 1.50 euro per trip, and there are several restaurants in walking distance.

Superb location, clean property and very friendly staff

Pros: The location of property is excellent. It is very close to main train station and close walk to major tourist attractions.

Cons: Everything was great, will stay again.

Pros: The location was perfect, close to the train station and also close to the bus stations. The stuff is really nice, helpful and kind!! The room is spacious, the bathroom is also big and everything is clean. Also there was absolutely no noise, everything was really quiet. I would recommend this hotel to everyone ☺️

Pros: Good location not far from good caffe and restaurants. Our room pointed to a courtyard, so there wasn't much external noise. Staff greeted us well and easily checked in and out. AC was great and kept room at good temperature

Cons: Wasn't noise proof between rooms and could hear people in bathrooms adjacent. Also, doors banging late at night and loud chatter. Bathroom was ok but mould on ceiling..No room for toiletries or hanging towels to dry properly

Great value for money.

Pros: It was a great value for money. The hotel is situated near the Termini station, only about 10min walk. In the area there are many foreign countries' ambasses, which makes the place safe. The distance to the old city sights to see is absolutely acceptable by walkig or travelling by bus / we did not use the metro/. The hotel is on a quiet street, on the 5th floor of the building. The room where we stayed was clean, spacious enough for 3 people, with simple comfort but still very convenient. Nearby there is a good restaurant The Family with delicious food and acceptable prices.

Cons: The only thing that can be better is the lift which is very smal but works properly.

Pros: Location was great and staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice size fridge in the room and there's a grocery store around the corner so you get some bottled water for when you wake up. Stay hydrated!

Cons: The sheets could have been cleaner, and the geography of my room was a little odd, with a step right just after the door and (difficult to explain, but you had to step into the bathroom). I'm teetotal, so it was easy to navigate, but I imagine if you came back drunk from a night of pasta and wine, it would be a challenge. Finally, the wifi wasn't the best quality - okay for browsing but not for streaming or video calls. Not a problem for me, but if you needed to make a call for work or something, that might be a challenge. Nothing terrible but worth bearing in mind for your needs.

Pros: Very good location to travel with trains/car rental in Termini, Express 40 - quick to city/Vatican

Pros: Great location near main train station and 2 metro stations, clean room (daily cleaning services), separate bathroom, friendly staff, tasty breakfasts at nearby caffe (pastry and coffee), mini fridge. Overall good experience!

Cons: A bit noisy street at night if you like to sleep with open windows, poor quality and speed of WiFi, not enough space to put clothes (we had closet with only hangers, without shelfs). Also elevator is small and a bit slow, but it's cute and you get used to it in a few days :)
