It was good

Pros: The property was clean and nice and very close to all the bus stations and metro.

Cons: The receptionist at the front that is older is kinda rude, doesn’t greet us well and when we were asking something I need to repeat myself 2-3 time before he respond rudely. The others were great. Just him.

Pros: Absolutely everything. It was amazingly clean, all the staff were excellent and so friendly and helpful and the breakfast we did not expect it to be so good. It actually had boiled eggs. The only thing I can eat and it had them!! Love love hotel Galileo and actually close to the best of everything in Rome and because of the 24/7 manned security at the front desk, it’s very secure!

Pros: Great location. Quiet area but not far from the centre. Good breakfast. Simple but comfortable rooms

Fully met my expectations

Pros: This hotel fully justifies its rating and more. It's traditional. It's quiet. Not great views. Not the least bit flashy. Great for a short stay.

Excellent quality stay close to Termini.

Pros: I loved that this room for 4 adults had two bathrooms! So helpful. I also loved the 24 hr reception, so reassuring when getting in late, Walking distance from Termini, good trattorias nearby. Love an included breakfast!

Cons: The pillows were a little flat and hard. No tea-making facilities in room.

This hotel is very good with a convinient location and very good breakfast.

Pros: The size of the room was adequate, and having a window was pleasant. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Staff were friendly and responsive. The location of this hotel was also a key factor and area was pretty safe.

Cons: Bathroom shower faucet was difficult to use.

Pros: The location was good. The hotel was ideal for what we needed. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Cons: There wasn't any fruit available for breakfast but apart from that it was all good.
