Pros: Staff were excellent, Roberto on the front desk was fantastic. The lady serving breakfasts were also very kind as were the room cleaners.

Pros: Great location near to the Termini railway station. Friendly and helpful staff who made us feel like valued customers. Luxurious rooms that are comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast is excellent, served by friendly and polite staff. Special shout out to Roberto who was welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Pros: The room is beautiful, breakfast great with a lot of options and fresh pastries, and the room terrace was very nice to enjoy a drink in the late afternoon.

Lovely, immaculate hotel with delightful staff who really make your stay feel special

Pros: The location was well located for the Termini train station and yet also away from the really crowded parts of the city. We particularly appreciated the warm welcome we received from Kevin on the front desk when we arrived tired and hungry at around 7.15pm. He urged us to leave our luggage with him and head for the bar as the hotel offers a complementary welcome drink and canapés at that time. Perfect and much appreciated! He then showed us to our room, where our luggage was waiting, with a welcome card, delicious shortbread and chocolate dipped strawberries. Possibly because Valentines Day was a couple of days later? Room was quiet, elegantly decorated and impeccably clean. There was an excellent buffet breakfast with a good range of choice including shakshuka and smoked salmon. Everyone of the staff we encountered was friendly and welcoming.

Cons: Ideally a bath which helps sooth aching feet on city break, but the hotel only has showers.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like. The breakfast room was very small , it was fine while we were there as it wasn’t too busy but I can’t imagine how they will cope in high season ??

Pros: Extraordinary staff, very kind, very caring, very polite. Malan was our favorite guy. :-) We got an upgrade at arrival, together with so pastries at our room. 🤩 We definitely will come back.

Pros: It's was spotless the only problem was a loose toilet seat which was noisy especially if being used during the night

Cons: Honestly I didn't like the fact that there wasn't bar facilities after 7 it would have been nice to have a drink or beverage before heading to bed to relax

Cozy, nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff

Pros: We are very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is close to Termini Station, stylish, clean, and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful in every way. As a thoughtful gesture, we received delicious pastries in our room. Every afternoon there is a happy hour where guests can enjoy drinks and snacks.
