Nice stay in Rome
Pros: The view of the room is exceptional. The location is very convenient and safe. The train station is just downstairs. The host is clear and handed over the key. She is very helpful and easy to communicate. The room is clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our stay in Rome.

Great!
Pros: We love the apartment! Got everything there, the host prepared the coffee, plates, cups, laundry beads. It feels like home. We also like the old and classic elevator as well. The metro station is downstairs, easy to go to the wishing pool by walk. Everything is great.

Great location and facilities
Pros: Brilliant location, was able to access most attractions via walking. Trevi fountain 30 minute walk away. Amazing view, from the rooms windows. The washing machine came in handy throughout our stay, with a maiden and iron/ironing board. Very useful as you get to wash any dirty clothes before packing your bags for the way home.
Cons: Bit of an ant problem. Not enough of an issue to warrant complaining about though. Taxi to the suite dropped us off the next building over next to a row of bins, where the rubbish for the flaminio suites is disposed of, which was a little confusing. However if this happens to you, head towards the building on the right hand side of the tram tracks. Pictures on booking.com could benefit from a front building view, Google maps is not your friend 🤣.

Second visit after 3 years!
Pros: That was my second visit to this apartment. After 3 years I again opted to stay here due to convenience to reach main city points by walk, bunch of available facilities (storage, metro, market etc.) next to the location and the exceptional stay experience in the apartment. I again left with high satisfaction! Simply TOP!

Excellent placement
Pros: The apartment is perfectly situated, the metro station is just downstairs. To Spanish Steps, it takes 12 minutes on foot, to Trevi Fountain 20 minutes on foot. The Vatican City is only 2 metro stops away. Many shops around to do your grocery shopping. Round the corner there’s a luggage storage shop if you need one before taking your train/flight. We tried a couple of restaurants and cafés nearby, and they were ok even though not excellent. The apartment itself is clean, though we found some bugs in the blankets. There’s everything in the pantry/kitchen. You might need to buy your own olive oil. It’s on the 6th floor with an elevator, but there is a flight of stairs before reaching the elevator. So if you have mobility issues, take this into consideration. All in all, this is a great apartment that I will look into again when I visit Rome next time.
Cons: We found some bugs in the blanket. It is quite noisy as it is very central located. The noises calm down at around midnight. So, bring your earplugs. The blinds of the windows let some lights in, but this could be good so you’ll wake up naturally in the morning and go see Rome instead of waking up late 😉

Incredible stay in the centre of Rome
Pros: Very nice property right in the centre of Rome. It is actually bigger than seems on the photos. It is in very convenient location right on the doorstep of a lot of restaurants and walking distance to all sightseeing. A central line tube stop is right at the doorstep going directly to the train station and the Vatican Museum. There is also a small supermarket right downstairs. The host was very lovely and offered to help me arrange transfer from the airport. Also sent me information on all ticket bookings for the attractions in advance. When I was greeted by Raoni he showed me everything in the flat and even sent me recommendations of restaurants after. I can definitely say that the property added to an amazing trip to Rome.
Cons: the only caveat is that there is a late check-in fee if you arrive after 8 pm, which is not listed on the description of the property, but is communicated once you book and share your arrival times. Additionally, as it is in the centre there are a lot of churches around, which means you will be woken up by the bells at 8 am.

Pros: The apartment met our expectations. It was clean and very comfortable. The position is perfect because it is 5-min close to the metro and 15-min close to Piazza di Spagna. The host (Alessandro) was friendly and provided us with all details needed to stay in the building and to visit the city.

Well location and big room.
Pros: The room is big and well equipped with everything, also the furniture and kitchen is very new. We stay for two nights. The outside view is very nice and can see the overview of the city. The building is just locate near the metro station.
Cons: It is a bit noisy during the nights.

Room with a view
Pros: Beautiful view, nicely decorated. Good position with perfect facilities, like metro and supermarket. Good working air conditioning 🧡
Cons: Quite noisy because of traffic. But of course you stay very central in the city.

Pros: La situation au 6 eme étage avec une vue extraordinaire sur les toits, la taille de l’appartement et son esthétique (miroirs même au plafond!) les équipements, proximité des transports en commun
