Pros: We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Our host was exceptional. David welcomed us warmly, provided helpful tips about the area, and was always available to answer any questions. His kindness and hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Pros: The host David was amazing and so helpful and friendly. It was so close to all the main attractions, which were within a 30 minute walk with lovely shops and cafes in between.

Pros: Perfect location - walking distance to all touristic and historic attractions. Very easy to get there from the airport and you have metro and trams just around the corner. The place is very comfortable for up to 4 people- in an old building but nicely renovated apartment with everything you would need. Thank you David for your recommendations! The only time we were disappointed with food was where we didn’t follow your advice. And the map you gave us made us find the main attractions absolutely easy. We would love coming back!

An excellent choice!

Pros: The appartment was super comfortable for four persons, the location was excellent, at piazza del popolo, 5 min walk to piazza de spagna, next to a metro station and pretty close to everything else. The access was easy with the codes we received a few days before arrival. Everything was great and Mr David very kind and helpfull!

Pros: Excellent location, very beautiful apartment, value for money, very pleasing and responsive host. Offered suggestions on where to go for tourist attractions and the best places to eat. Allowed us a late check out so that we can leave directly from the flat to the airport with no extra charge. Overall I would definitely recommend it for a family or even a group of friends.

Cons: The coach was one option to sleep on and it was not very comfortable.
