A lovely apartment in a great location

Pros: A lovely apartment, very well equipped in an excellent location with a glorious view. Communication with Federico was exemplary. Even the little things like provision of kitchen basics (salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee pods) were done right. The best apartment stay I've ever had. Wholeheartedly recommended. For future visits to Rome I wouldn't wish to stay anywhere else.

Cons: Absolutely no complaints. One tip for visitors (not a complaint, just a little hack) - the apartment is directly outside the Aurelian Wall. If taking a cab from the airport, ask to be taken to Piazza del Popolo (just inside the wall), not to the apartment itself to enjoy the guaranteed flat rate to anywhere within the walls. Walk the extra 30 metres and save yourself 15-20 euros.

Pros: Great location Liked the style Small balcony up stairs which is nice in morning and evening

Cons: The shower was a bit temperamental mostly being cold However I don't mind having a cold shower as they good for you so no problems for me

It felt like a second home

Pros: We had an amazing time in this place. Vibrant, noisy city downstairs and tranquility with a beautiful view inside the apartment.

Pros: Perfect location to explore Rome! The apartment exceeded our expectations, and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the living area and bedroom is absolutely incredible 😊

Great accommodation and great spot!

Pros: Very clean, close to Piazza del Popolo and the historical center, metro station around the corner, spacious and fully equipped apartment, great hosts that supported us a lot!

Cons: Bed in the master bedroom is a little noisy

Pros: We were welcomed by very friendly staff. The apartment worked perfectly for our purposes. The view is fantastic! The location by Villa Borghese Park and Piazza del Popolo is great, as it is easy to walk everywhere. Flaminio metro station is directly by the building. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine in the apartment, which was a nice surprise.

Cons: Immeuble en travaux, bruit et vue gâchée dans la chambre à cause des bâches grillagées Terrasse sans intérêt visuel Appartement Bien équipé sauf literie du haut (et douches) et pas possible d y mettre un jeune enfant car lit Single à l étage du duplex en bordure d escalier

Superbe Rome pour ses monuments et routes magnifiques remplies d’histoires. Nous avons passés avec mon épouse un séjour

Pros: Très bon accueil et très bel appartement spacieux avec toutes les commodités. La facilité d’accès par le train et métro a partir de l’aéroport de Fiumicino et donc bien moins cher que le Taxi. L’appartement est proche du centre historique, près de tous les beaux monuments de Rome. Situé au 6e étages, Il possède une terrasse et une vue imprenable sur de nombreux monuments romains dont la basilique de St Pierre. De plus le contact en cas de besoin avec Frederico, le propriétaire, a été très facile. Je recommande.

Cons: Je n’ai pas trouvé l’emplacement des ordures ménagère et donc je les ai mises dans les poubelles extérieures
