Comfort and convenience close to everything

Pros: This is a comfortable well located apartment ideal for families and small groups. There are many cafes, restaurants, and markets nearby, catering for all tastes, within walking distance. The tram is located just outside which is both good and bad - the noise may require earplugs for some, but on the other hand it is easy to move around Rome using the tram or the metro which is just around the corner. We used Uber or walked everywhere, and sometimes the metro - it was good to have such choices when moving around day to day. A comfortable stay at Flaminia 36!

Cons: It is an urban setting with the tram just outside but we consciously chose this. If you dislike noise you may prefer a less urban area.

Very nice, we would stay there again.

Pros: The apartment is very centrally situated with a great size and small terrace.

Cons: We had an issue with the bathroom doors, however it was straight away resolved by the owner. We really appreciated that.

Grand appartement climatisé aux portes du centre ville

Pros: Appartement spacieux, avec balcon sur arrière cour , 1er étage climatisé, ce qui est très important en période estivale ! très bon accueil et communication avec remise des clés en direct et départ libre en fermant la porte derrière soi, mise à dispo d'un double (pratique quand on est plusieurs); il est à proximité du centre et d'une station de métro donc hyper pratique pour visiter les points majeurs de Rome

Cons: Côté propreté, ce serait perfectible ( notamment coussins de canapé !! )

Отличен апартамент с прекрасно местоположение!

Pros: Местоположението на апартамента е отлично, на две крачки от Piazza Del Popolo, и на две крачки от Метростанция Flaminino. Домакинът беше организирал много добре настаняването и напускането, апартаментът е както на снимките и е много добре оборудван и удобен, с приятна, тиха, тераса, към вътрешен двор. Ние бяхме седем човека и не ни беше тясно, както и нищо не ни липсваше. Препоръчвам!
